Review 1：Really bad room on the sixth floor. Dirty fitted carpet, curtains hanging badly and alot of scratches all over. In big need of a make over. Room was towards the backside...i guess other rooms are better. Ask for a renovated room. Breakfast room absolutely not cleaned during the morning really dirty floors in dining room...bread and bacon and jam on the floor in several places without anyone cleaning it up. Like a badly taken care of Mc Donalds longa fter midnight. Breakfast selection good though.

Review 17：Women's sauna was absolutely cold, 22 degrees C, we turned it on but it was warming up slowly. So after men's sauna became empty, we moved to it and had a great time with great views.

Review 20：I had a very positive experience at the hotel. I stayed in one of the deluxe rooms with a view towards the lake. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with good temperature control and free wireless that worked well. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the staff were all very friendly. I would be happy to stay here again.

Review 95：Room was advertised as superior double but very sparse and few added extras. Kettle lead was to short to plug in and ha to stand on floor to reach plug. Air conditioning wasn't working and when complained a fan was the only option given. When booking we were le to believe we would be on an upper floor with better views but placed on the 5th. When we queried this we were told they were refurbishing upper floors. Sky bar was closed which was a primary reason we booked there. We should have had advance notice so we knew before arriving and given option of looking at different hotels. Very disappointed given the price we paid and comparable hotel chains are a lot better.

Review 98：Staff were good. The hotel itself is ok and is an ideal base for someone traveling for business. I need to travel to Vasteras again quite soon for about six weeks and I'm not sure whether the hotel meets people's needs who wish to stay more than a few days. Also I have marked the hotel down for price. Accommodation in Vasteras is not cheap and you certainly don't get value for money anywhere if you simply require a bed breakfast stay. Would put this hotel at an equivalent £50 a night hotel in the uk. Not £100+ they pitch at. That said there is little to dislike and due to high accommodation prices in Vasteras you could do a lot worse.

Review 103：I called and asked for a room with a big bed not 2 beds pushed together as I am a tall person. When my girlfriend checked in first she checked the room and we got 2 beds pushed together. The room was a suite type room that we were paying for but bed was not acceptable. I called fixed to get it changed so we got a different room but smaller not as big and with a shower that has an angled ceiling where being a tall person I could not even stand up to shower. My first reaction was that these people don't listen and they can' think. If I ask for a bed because I am tall why would you give me a shower that a short person can not even stand in. I did not complain at the time because I did not have the time. Poor planning ahead and total disaster for comfort of my stay.

Review 109：The staff was really friendly and helpful. We had nice rooms with comfortable beds. The bathroom in our room was equipped with bathtub. Breakfast was rich and tasty, there were plenty of cold snacks as well as a choice of hot dishes, and especially I liked the waffle iron, which you can use to make yourself a fresh hot waffle. Location is good, and there are lot of parking facilities around.

Review 110：They are doing reno which is great and on some of the floors yet to be done the hall carpets are very stained. The bath tub drained very slowly which is awful for showering.

No minibar even in "Superior". Telephone only partly working. Poor TV channels. Interior old and worn. Breakfast OK but too slowly refilled. Coffee tastes as drunk the other day already. Stay only if you don't find another place.

On my first return in July 2012, I was very disappointed to find the hotel had not been through any form of renovation since my first visit and was looking very tired. I had to leave the window wide open to cool it down and there was horrendous drilling sounds from road works very early in the morning! In addition, there are only 15 twin rooms in this hotel, all others have a double bed. There was no way of knowing that in advance, so we ended up with a double bed for two friends. Fortunately, they weren't full and agreed to give us each a room, for the same price, which was much appreciated.
