Review 13：I was horribly disappointed. I asked specifically for a queen size bed, but got two singles. I asked for a unit with an aircon, that we didn't have. I do not belief that the amount of money paid was the value one would expect. I am disappointed in my visit and will not return.

Review 15：The rooms are VERY cold, and it was super uncomfortable for our baby in a portable crib, as the room was so cold and the wall heater was very weak. The shower was not very good, with water temperature changing, and hot water running out. Wi-Fi only works in a few common areas.Bathroom door would not stay closed, so even harder to heat the room up.
Review 16：We enjoy the concept of the hotel/gallery, with rooms designed by different artists, and the space is agreeable. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant has excellent food, particularly for dinner, and is highly recommended.
Review 17：No walk-in shower in bathroom, as older people it was difficult to get in and out the bath after a shower. Decor (lightfittings and wall decorations) not in our taste.

Review 19：Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The gardens are lovely, too and my children loved running around in them. Pity it was a bit cold for the pool, but it was clean. The furniture in the lounge is beautiful and we spend a lovely evening there in front of the fire.
