Reviews for Budget Inn
Review 1:The room was not clean. It did not have any kind of trash basket. The curtains were torn. I killed two (2) roaches in the bath room. Their were only 2 towels, 2 face cloths and 2 small bars of soap. The overall appearance was poor. My friend was a police officer and he said that this reminded him of some places that he had raided many times. Had there been a room available at another Motel, we would have left!
Review 2:Parking was tight and too few spaces. Motel was old and it showed all over. No sound insullation and some of the other occupants kept us up almost all night yelling and playing the television way too loud.
Review 3:Nothing really.
Review 4:Sheets would not fit bed. Bed bugs and roaches were in the rooms. Window would not lock. Hole in box spring area. Overall, it was not worth the money that they charged me. I would not recommend this place to anyone
Review 5:Owners were very nice, however facilities are very poor. Broken furniture, TV didn't work, bathtub fills with water when taking a shower. Note that some customers appear to be renting by week or month. If you're looking for a football weekend hotel, this served its purpose as a place to keep bags and crash (with buddies) from 1:00am to 8:00am. I would not feel safe bringing my wife or children here for football weekend. Better off in Bellmeade or Woodway as last resort.
Review 6:It was available, unlike any other hotel within 5 miles of Baylor Stadium, and had not been marked up 300% (only 50%).
Review 7:no light bulbs torn curtains mold in bathroom / shower disgusting ceiling coming down screen torn stick holding window shut one outlet for microwave, frig and TV - had to unplug one
Review 8:nothing
Review 9:everything
Review 10:price was too high, $112.00 for a $50 dollar room. nasty room and loud music and hollering at all hours of the nite.
Review 11:The key got stuck in the door. Staff had to come help every time. Also saw a roach in the bathroom. Will not stay there again.
Review 12:comfortable rooms
Review 13:room was dirty and full of dust and dirt. Bathroom was filthy with moldy and you had to open window for ventilation. The outside was filthy and scary people were hanging around outside and seemed like they might live there. I did not feel safe staying there, nor letting anyone out of the room.
Review 14:I had a place to sleep
Review 15:it was the most disgusting hotel I have every stayed in.all the light blubs were bruned out when we went into room.the bath room was horriable!! only one electric plug, and that was the one the bed lamp was pluged into. had to get an extion cord to plug in phone and computer.carpet was dirty..it is the worst I have ever seen I cant say enough of how bad it was. never stay here again or any other budget inn
Review 16:nothing!!
Review 17:Peole gathered outside my room at 1am in the morning and woke me up by hollering and talking very loud. The room smelled of a skunk. The carpet was soaking wet near the bathroom. All of the fixtures in the room didn't work.
Review 18:Nothing
Review 19:As I was going to check in, I was approached by a mentally ill woman whothought I worked there and wanted free ice. I asked for a late checkoutthe next day and was told that there was a 50% extra charge ($20) forthat. The bathroom was in a horrible state of disrepair and to top itall off there was no dicernable discount on this room. I have nevergiven a bad review before, but this was the worst hotel experience Ihave ever had.
Review 20:There was very little I liked.
Review 21:No coffeepot in rooms
Review 22:Door locks, keys would get struck in the lock, the office had this bad odor.
Review 23:The beds were comfortable
