Review 1：I didn't like the smell in the room when we arrive and the floor was wet. I know it is some product to give a good smell but it was so strong. Anyway the room was very clean.

Review 11：I brought my two children with me and this was the first time I witnessed two separate couples having sex in the jacuzzi. It was disgusting! And the tvs were small and had only about 15 channels.. The "free" continental breakfast was horrible, absolutely no flavor and not many choices.

Review 13：Let me start with when i arrive they give me a room at the 3rd floor when i open the room smell like someone pee everywhere i walk rigth back to front desk an demanded another room an did smell cleaner ,I was at the hotel for 7 nigths after the second nigth i had allergy to the smell of the room that was after the room service, probably the type of cleaning supplies they use are really bad also i notice some mold around windows, an for the rest of my time i was there did not allow them to came back to clean my room but never got any better i wish i would knowed before. Breakfast included was i great offer but they dont change any of the menu each day they had the same stuff if they can switch meals every other day will help,also the lady at the breakfast room needs to get train to how to treat costumers if she wants to keep her job. one more thing its they should spray all walkways by elevators smells really bad even the its open hallway for some reason by the elevator its bad.

Review 15：Booked with book it a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen checked in and they gave us a 1 bedroom with 2 beds with no kitchen one of the workers insulted our children and then gave us a upgrade which we were supposed to get in the first place.

Housekeeping should probably pay more attention to cleaning of the floors. My socks should not be filthy within 30 minutes of being in the room

Review 25：Each suite with a kitchen needs to have a broom and mop available for use inside the suite because my fiance likes to be able to clean when we stay more than one day in a suite and also there needs to be more towels and wash cloths in the suite already so the guest doesnt have to keep asking for new ones. Other than that my family enjoyed our stay here Thank you.

Review 38：I really liked that the staff was always available. I also liked that they were constantly watching the parking lot. Being so close to the beach I'm sure people try to park there. The gentleman that worked there was very quick to question people with out a visible parking permit. I had comfort in knowing that. The pool area was very clean and I noticed that it was very well monitored as well. We had plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. We will be staying again.

Review 39：Web site was misleading, thought we rented a Jacuzzi room, we were charged a different rate when we got there, didn't like that very well.pool needed cleaned,breakfast was not very good , cold, not fresh, we ate at 8am

Review 70：The pictures on the site are deceiving, we stayed in a 2 bed and a sofa for 5 adults, very uncomfortable, area with the beds very little, the beds were pushed up to the walls on the sides which gave us no access to both sides of bed, no door to vanity area in the bathroom to at least use as a dressing room, the area where the toilet is became a nuisance, you had to almost go inside of the tub to be able to close the door, in other words, super small for 5 adults!! The sheets that were stored away to put on the pull out sofa were full of sand, as if they did not change them from the previous guests, room was not as expected at all!!

We sat in our car for 30mins waiting for the front desk to find the person that was parked behind us, because they didn't leave the keys at the front desk. Never found them had to move car next to us so valet could maneuver my car out. Front desk was very nice though.

Review 91：We like the location, like that the rooms do not have carpet. The beds were very comfy. We called for service on the TV and they were there in no time to fix our problem.

Review 92：The other guests were very loud all hours of the night running through the hallways. The hallways also smelled very bad like trash. The room itself was clean but common areas were not. The elevator was extremely slow.

My room for 5 had 1 plate 3 saucers 1 spoon and 6 knives 2 pots 1 frying pan! The stove 1 eye didn't work! I just feel for what I paid to stay 4 nights it'd be better!

The beds were comfortable! We ended up spending a lot of time in the hotel. Pool was clean and nice. No complaints. Wonderful place to stay. Looking to book for bike week next year.

Review 139：The sofa bed was terrible, the dinning table would only sit 2 people and this was a 6 person room, coffee was there when we arrived but there was not any left any other time. Had to ask for tissue as none was left in room

Piles up dust and dirty on the baseboards and the towel racks, looks like it had never been cleaned. We requested a higher floor, got first floor. Walls are paper thin and could hear every noise. We will never go back!!!
