Review 1：The lady at the front desk thought I was trying to steal a room she talked to me very disrespectful I was very disappointed she told me if I didn't like it to find another hotel
Review 2：Nothing the lady at the desk was rude she tried to vet charge me
Review 3：The hallways are neither air-conditioned nor vacuumed. The paint ischipped and the walls and carpets are stained. The bathrooms are filthyand not fit for rental. I had to shower with my shoes on because the tuband shower were full of mold and left-over hair from previous guests andants. The room had obviously not been vacuumed as I had to pick up largecrumbs off the floor. At $135 Cdn. W/taxes, this hotel should noteven be considered for future accommodations...especially room 305!
Review 4：The only good thing about this hotel is the free Wi-Fi.
Review 5：there were a few old men with one or two young women, looked like they were on the job. Our floor smelled like cigarette smoke.

Review 9：The smell when I walked into the room left much to be desired. When I took a shower, the rod was angled down so far on the wall, that it brought both ends of the curtain to the center of the bar, and the water went everywhere on the floor, and the cool air kept getting into the shower. Honestly didn't feel that safe walking in and out either. The WiFi signal was also very minimal, so I couldn't do much to stay caught up on work. The biggest irritation was the fact that a $90/night payment (for 2 nights) got me next to nothing in there, and for $10 more a night, I could have gotten a nicer room, in a safer area, good WiFi signal and a breakfast.
Review 10：Musty smelling due to no fans in bath area. Stayed in three of you rooms in two week time period and mattresses need improvement. Feel if using standard room with two doubles, should have towels, cups, etc to accommodate more than two. Lots of guests and children used hallway to socialize, etc.
Review 11：If there was a problem, quickly fixed: safe, cups, towels, luggage rack, directions; very accommodating staff. Restaurant/bar a gem; great meals and low-cost but single people taking order, cooking, and serving not a good manager decision. Pool and hot tub awesome according to our grand -daughter.

Review 14：the hot tob was disgustingly dirty and cold the sliding glass door, the frame work hasnt been cleaned in a very ling time, and the toilet only flushed the toilet paper occasionally, and acted like it was plugged at times. no tv guide in room, dirt in dwars, simple cleaning and matience upkeep would of made this an enjoyable stay

Review 18：I ordered a handicap room with 2 bed. We got a room furthest from any entrance and exit. We got 1 bed and a sofa sleeper that the springs were busted in. I was then charged an extra $10 to have two pillows and a blanket for the sofa sleeper and the money was not returned when they were returned. The pool was filthy and the sauna was broke.

Very much a disappointment as my family needed sleep for apaintball tournament. Also I was given a wooden block for a door stopperto go out the side door to smoke due to the activities going on in thefront parking lot and while out there the block was removed and I had towalk all the way around the building in the pouring rain I walk with acane by the way and had to walk into the gang mess in front which theywere trying to take care of but finally had to get police. I was quitefrightened. The front desk did call me and apologize. Overall myexperience was not good

I complained about the noise at 1:30am and they offered to move me. I asked for money off and the manager to call, which they did not do. It was awful.

Review 83：We booked a room online with two (2) beds and our order confirmation clearly showed , one room with two (2) beds. After we waited for around 60 minutes at the reception (watching other guests complaining about their rooms: one bed versus two beds) we finally got our room keys. We found our room with only one bed. The lady at the reception told us that we only have the right for one bed and a sofa. After 4 hours of driving and 1 hour of waiting at the lobby, it was very exciting. It took us about another hour, before we found another hotel room close by the HJP. We were told to come back the next day to move into our room with two beds. There was not one word of I'm sorry, just you only have the right of one bed and a sofa, even though our booking confirmation showed us differently. I traveled around the world in the last 20 years never had this kind of issue / excuse.

Review 85：My daughter on checking in with her family heard the comment from peoplesitting in the lobby that this was the hotel for hookers. ( the deskperson did tell her no.) Also the signs placed about gang colors kind ofscared her and she was very protected with her two young daughters. Shekept asking me what type of hotel did I pick for them to stay in? Alsothis was a concern for her 16 year old son. Her room was 131 and bothFriday and Saturday night she could hear your staff draging out thegarbage cans from the bar out side her window.
Review 86：Close to get onto the express way. The breakfast we ordered in thedinning room was excellent and the person working on Saturday was byher self and did the cooking also did a great job. The grandkids lovedthe 5th floor except for the pool not being very deep. (Kids rangedfrom 16 to 5)
