Review 1：The facility was a little dated. The breakfast was so-so for a 3 star hotel. I did not appreciate the tip jug at breakfast; there was nothing the lady holding the cleaning rag did for me. We brought a motorcycle trailer, but there's really no trailer parking, if you're bringing a trailer.

Review 2：We arrived at 10 pm on Tuesday Jan 12th. The front desk person was top notch! He made me feel very welcome and even asked if I wanted him to call the in-house restaurant to stay open so we could order. After a long day of traveling, he made my arrival superb. Great location; easy on and off 19.

Review 3：The room was very nice. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was about what one expects: pancakes, sausage, fruit, hashbrowns. A very good experience.

Review 8：Floor in the room was absolutely disgusting. I took my shoes off and placed my clean feet on the carpet. When I looked down at my feet they were black with filth. I placed a towel on the floor and when I looked at it after awhile it was completely covered in black filth.

Review 14：This is an old facility that could use significant updating. It wasclean, but cleaning can only do so much. Things like the "frontdesk Button" on the phone were not functional. The room servicemenu was completely inaccurate as to what was actually available. Roomrate was too high for an old facility without recent modifications.

Review 15：Staff members were very friendly,courteous, and accomodating. Directroom access (no traipsing through the lobby with our pets). Very petfriendly (at the time of our stay, only $20 fee).

Review 16：We felt the food and drink side of the hotel let the hotel down. We wanted a drink in the bar at 10pm and found it closed down for the evening. Also breakfast, didn't have a great deal of choice, but what was there was good.

Review 24：We asked for non-smoking room but indeed it terribly smelled like cigarette. Our friends and us paid the same amount for our stay, but their room was much bigger than ours. The corridor and stairs smelled urine. There was no elevator. We asked for local information and attractions, but desk clerk had no information to share.

Review 28：Breakfast: Hash brown was poor, Orange juice was water down. Room: was nice however it can use an upgrade in furniture and carpeting. Never the less this was minor and I only spent a night here.

Review 29：I arrived and they upgraded my family and I to a suite with a balcony by the poolside which was a plus. The staff was beyond excellent, kind and super friendly. Full breakfast was enjoyable, They had a sleep number king bed which was the most comfortable ever.

Review 31：The convenience to everything. The way that the woman that talked to me on the phone moved my room from upstairs to down stairs when I mentioned having a lot of stuff to unload from the car, without me having to ask her.

Review 39：I was able to check in a little early. The room was more spacious than expected. The hotel was within walking distance of several good restaurants. Wifi was fast and easy to set up.

Review 40：Now for the disappointment section of the review. The Jacuzzi was not working and it was being used for storing construction equipment which looked tacky. The hotel was being renovated and we had to step over cords and painting hoses to get to the room. In the room there was a lamp with visible wiring that looked unsafe as well as a short in the light switch by the sink. The fitness center was very small and not accommodating at all.

Review 41：I liked the location as it was close to almost everything we wanted to do. The staff was courteous and helpful. The Cleaning staff was very thorough and was flexible as far as when they cleaned the room. The "do not disturb" tag was honored the entire time and we didn't get so much as a knock on the door. The visit was peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was great and a good start for everyday. CJ was very pleasant and was always working hard to fill the bins and keep the food fresh.

Review 48：The facilities were under renovation, there were issues with the elevator. The staff & night manager were great & addressed some concerns. I expected an interior room but I was given an exterior. They gave me an I terior room for my next night. A cleaning issue & they took immediate care of it. I think once the renovation is complete, the facility will be as a Clarion is expected to be.

Review 53：The bed was a sleep number bed but it didn't work and the remote wouldn't power on for adjustments. The door frame looked like it had been broken before and repaired instead of simply replaced. The outlets were very loose in the box.

Review 54：The reservation was for a King non-smoking room and they gave us a King suite for the same price! Easy access to Hwy 60 to Clearwater Beach (about 6 miles). Nice salt water pool.

Review 55：We asked for red bull at the restaraunt and they did not have any. Was looking forward to a jacuzzi dip and that was closed off. Very noisy courtyard with extremely dim lit rooms. The price should be of a motel price.

Review 62：We wish the hot tub had been operating -- that was why we selected this hotel over others in the area! It was also disappointing that the sleep number bed required one person to hold the plug in the wall, while the second person adjusted their sleep number with the remote. Plus, our A/C only had two settings -- arctic blast or 85*. We will be looking for a new place to stay for next years' Spring Break vacation.

Review 64：The room was cramped and the decor was drab and very dark! The sleep number bed didn't work and was set on a very firm setting. The air conditioner was extremely loud and didn't seem to regulate the temperature in the room. It was noisy outside. The breakfast was pretty blah and there were fruit flies around the fresh fruit and juice dispenser. The coffee was good though.

We saw guest shooting her ion in the parking lot, our guest beside us partied to the early hours if the morning. When reported to front desk the response was "ok thank you" there were no interventions.

Review 100：This hotel needs a face lift. The double queen room I was in was very tight and needed a paint job. The room did smell a bit musty too. There were small black flying moths in the bathroom. The sink drain was clogged as soon as you turned the water on, so the maid must of known and never reported it to maintenance.The pool and pool area is pathetic, very small. There wasn't many people staying there yet the pool needed a vacuum first thing in the morning and it wasn't done. I complained about the room and they offered me a suite for $10 more a night and they said they called Orkin. Orkin truck was in parking lot before I complained so somebody else must have had an issue. I stayed one night and went across the street to finish my week at the Hampton Inn. It was $5 cheaper a night and very nice. I can recommend the Hampton Inn.

The room I did get upstairs. very small You would think after telling the front desk clerk that I had bad legs and had too much luggage they would have gotten some one to help us upstairs with it there was plenty of staff hanging around the place. To me they seemed to cater more to customers that were business people. The internet service was very slow, did not like it. the carpet in our room was disgusting that deffinately needs to be replaced too many stains on it very worn out and old. I did not like the strong order of the air freshener they had in the rooms. The office chair in the room at the desk was broke could not get it to go up sat way too low to the floor. As far as the beds the sleep no. remote could not get it to work. Upon checking out the woman at the front desk asked how my stay was my reply was that I was upset that I did not get a downstairs room like I had requested . I should of gone some place else with all the road work going on down there it was very tricky to find. Took me a while to get there.

Review 114：The hotel scenery was pretty by the pool area with the palm trees and plants.

Review 115：I had do not disturb on my door until 11:30 am while we took our time getting ready for the afternoon fun and when I returned, the room was not clean and there were no clean towels. I was angry about that. I let the front desk know, they were apologetic and got me fresh towels. I had never had an experience where if you didn't leave before a certain time, they wouldn't clean your room.

Review 116：I paid $52 a night for a king room w/ wifi and a full breakfast until 10 am. The room was clean and came with a refrigerator, microwave, iron and blow dryer. There was a flat screen tv with good cable. It was a quiet in spite of the hwy out front. The staff was nice, the pool was nice and the Jacuzzi was nice. It was a really good experience. OH and check out is at Noon. Bonus!

Review 118：My dislikes: I Didn't like the fact that I had a Big dying bug in my room, When I checked in. Didn't like every morning @ 9am the Maid came banging on the door. We had to wait a few hours for towels 1day. The bed wasn't that comfortable, very lumpy.

Review 120：We did not have bath towels or wash clothes. We went to the front desk to ask about and the washer was broke so they had to take the towels else where to wash. As soon as they towels came back we got them, it was not a big deal but it would have been nice to take a shower right when we go there.
