Reviews for London Bridge Resort

Review 1:We had a murphy bed....(pull down) it was very uncomfortable...couldn't get out of one side of the bed because it was so close to other furniture. You need to let guests know ahead of time that this is what they will find. Friends that had stayed there before and had high recommendations,,,, said they "couldn't believe" that we ended up with that kind of room.

Review 2:everything but the bed. Wonderful people very much in tune with guests.

Review 3:Comfort of couch was terrible. New ones in halls but still wrapped up.One in our room so bad that we had to bring bedroom pillows in to sit onso we were not sinking through to the floor! Most uncomfortable couchever! When renovating a hotel, don't give patrons you ever want tocome back the most crappy rooms you have - I suspect that Booking.comgets the worst rooms for a reduced rate. This is bad business planning. Also, the late evening "music" outside this room was the worstwe ever experienced. &Quot; Is a little "music" OK?" askedthe clerk. Well, it was not music but heavy electronic percussions until2am. Windows also needed washing - filthy and this was one of the betterroom "views" of the bridge - 2nd floor location too!

Review 4:Great location of hotel.

Review 5:The 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Lots of room and great bathrooms. The area behind the hotel is a beautiful place to walk around and so close to the London Bridge.

Review 6:There was an odor in bathroom that wouldn't go away. I believe it was the type of water system they need to use. Well water :(

Review 7:Location and Room Size

Review 8:The hotel is dirty and run down. The breakfast was horrible with loud obnoxious employees. The heat/air didn't work. Maintenance told us how to fix it ourselves. The eighteen dollar resort fee is stupid during the winter months when you can't really use anything.

Review 9:Location

Review 10:No safe in room. Front desk deposit boxes way too small so have to leave larger items unprotected. Party central at the weekend - even 2 floors up and on the other side of the hotel you can hear the noise.

Review 11:Great location - very central. Studio well equipped.

Review 12:The property is very dated. The windows are very thin and the noise from the bar comes right through. The paint was peeling off the bathroom wall and the carpets were wrinkled up in several areas. For the price they charge the place should have been immaculate.

Review 13:Great location with a nice view of the bridge. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold items.

Review 14:Needs updating, looks a bit tired and worn. Travelling with a young family I would not recommend staying here on a Saturday night. We had a Bridge view suite and had to endure load music until around 2.00am. We were only warned about this upon check in, but didn't realise the music would be quite so loud (equal to placing your bed in the middle of a nightclub). If you have a young family you are better off facing the front of the property. Fitness room not good - two machines broken, went out off property instead!

Review 15:Great in terms of location to stay whilst in the area. Pool area nice. Breakfast a nice touch too.

Review 16:Kitchen does not stay open late and the closing times change from day today. If you want to eat it has to be according to their schedule.Don't ask questions or they get really snotty.

Review 17:The location was nice. Facilities were clean. Overall a good experience.

Review 18:lifts were not sufficient for amount of guests, hallways were filthy, ice machine made a horrendous noise all night & staff were not particularly friendly.

Review 19:Good overnight stop hotel with good pool facilities, good location for lake havasu which is small but pretty. We had a 2 bed suite which was spacious - do not waste money on the roof top terrace you will fry alive - horrible smell of smoke (fire) at top of staircase.

Review 20:Super convenient, great free breakfast, a lot cleaner than I hadexpected!the staff was very helpful and helpful. It was great to have adock/slip (had to pay for it) so close to or room. Super close tothe marina which made it easy to launch and it's right across thestreet from Starbucks! Who could ask for more?

Review 21:Average breakfast. Some electrical sockets didn't work.

Review 22:Loved location overlooking London Bridge. Great roof terrace reached by spiral staircase. Bizarre replica of Coronation Coach in reception! Good shop.

Review 23:We wanted the bridge view room and were warned about the noise from the Kokomo Lounge, but wanted to try it anyway. Would not recommend it on Friday and Saturday, but it was fine on Thursday and Sunday. View was great.

Review 24:We loved the location. We rented a boat and were able to rent a boat slip at the London Bridge.

Review 25:Beds,are really wore out specialty the sofa beds need to be change been an others hotels with sofa beds no problem, also to have a concierge it to more than an hr to speak with her.to much alcohol allowed in the hallways with young kids.

Review 26:Location and close to everything

Review 27:Too noisy until 2 am. One night was ok but wouldn't want that multiple nights.

Review 28:The view was great. The room was clean and comfortable but as the staff warned us, our over the bar room was noisy until 2am. You can't beat the view in the morning. Canoes, standup paddle boarders, boats all enjoying going under the bridge.

Review 29:We stayed Sunday and Monday night , although were on the third floor it difficult to sleep the first night due too young people's loud talking and grab assing in the parking lot. Hotel looks like it was the hot spot , in the past. The grounds ,and elevators could use more maintenance. Breakfast was just average.

Review 30:The young lady at the check in was good enough to upgrade our room, after we had to wait on our room over an hour. I asked her to try to give a room away from the music, and she tried.

Review 31:Our stay co-incided with Spring Break. There were two main effects. Firstly, we got little sleep due to many loud altercations throughout the night, both in the corridor outside our room and in the car park outside the window. Security was engaged but seemed concerned mostly for the safety of the offenders and I heard no-one told, or even politely asked, to keep quiet for the benefit of other guests. In the UK, this would constitute an offence called "disturbing the peace" and police might well have been called. Secondly, there was no normal breakfast service offered the next day, just prepacked bags of items that bore no relation to what I would choose for breakfast. I accept that resorts frequented by groups of youths on holiday are unlikely to be quiet, but given that this resort actively encourages this custom (eg. selling T-shirts celebrating riotous behaviour) then the experience for other clients is predictably going to be degraded at these times: I should at least have been warned at time of booking (I had other options to break our journey) and it would be entirely reasonable to expect pricing to reflect the reduced quality of stay and service offer. Bear in mind that "Spring Break" is a recent US-specific custom that will mean little to most foreign visitors. The Easter holiday in most countries is not regarded as justification for inconsiderate behaviour.

Review 32:The lake is beautiful and London Bridge looked surprisingly good in its new home.

Review 33:I wish this hotel was more cost friendly. It would be nice if the property restaurants stayed opened longer. After drinking and partying all day and night the last thing you want to do is walk off the property to eat.

Review 34:I was impressed with the property and staff. My encounters with everyone on their staff was great; Friendly and helpful.

Review 35:Our studio suite-thinking a bed with a couch in the same room- ( makes sense right?) wow!! The bed was in the wall. Imagine moving the chairs and table every night to pull down a very thin mattress setting in a box. Not impressed, or comfortable!!

Review 36:The restaurant was very good

Review 37:Our floor was "under construction " and the price was very high for off-season while under construction! Next year we might stay at The Heat.

Review 38:The location, the staff, the fireside deck and bar. Martini bar and happy hour snacks were amazing. Right on the river walk. It rained the days we were there but the pool looks amazing.

Review 39:Being english we like to walk but be warned.. no footpaths and when it rained there was a river running through the car park entrance, we got very wet.....

Review 40:BIG rooms..........

Review 41:Unfortunately, there is no way you can get a nights sleep on the second floor over the nightclub. The band started at 10 pm and had to request to be moved to a quiet area of the hotel. Originally, we were told that the hotel was sold out and there were no other room available. We made arrangements with friends to put us up. When I called the desk back, suddenly a larger suite in a quiet area was available. The hotel gave us a break on the two bed two bath suite. Bookin should put that information in large BOLD print.

Review 42:Loved the view. Room accommodations and location to the London Bridge and pathways. But, please read the negatives!!!

Review 43:A little beat-up, couch not comfortable, definitely tried to interest us in time share but when we said we were totally not interested they left us alone. Horrible restaurant experience - coupon for free flatbread but they were out. Spoke with 3 people, including manager and the story was too bad - so sad. No substitute offered. Optional included breakfast was OK if you like the exact same thing every day.

Review 44:Location, pool, laundry and convenient parking. Spa associated with the property has top rated personnel. Went out of her way to get me in.

Review 45:Bed. We got talked into using a studio room with a Murphy bed, allegedly because of a noise near rooms with real beds! Don't fall for it.

Review 46:Location, meals, staff.

Review 47:The free breakfast could have been better. It was a hot breakfast very similar to those you get at any Best Western...was hoping for some a little more special. :-(

Review 48:The resort is in an excellent location, right next to the London Bridge! The lobby had a truly amazing replica of a Royal Carriage. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a balcony and was newly remodeled...decor was just splendid! The Martini Bar was also excellent with nice decor, great food and very reasonable prices. Pleasantly surprised. They also gave us a free appetizer.

Review 49:Squeaky fan Squeaky bed Murphy bed not real comfortable Price of room

Review 50:Location Free Breakfast Pool Atmosphere Friendly staff Easy parking Restaurants on site

Review 51:Price of rooms were way to high need to be renovated badly.

Review 52:We loved the view of the London bridge. Thank goodness we could open all the windows to get the fresh air.

Review 53:We found out by visiting friends also there that we had a room not yet renovated. The new ones look spectacular. We were compensated for noise etc. though, and that was fantastic.

Review 54:Suzanne was exemplary in her care and attitude. We were there for a wedding and it was so special. She gave me the royal treatmeent going to the venue. I cannot thankk her enough.

Review 55:booked king suite once booked in told that they didn't have a room because of renovations. only queen room no balcony, and no reduction in price.! We were told renovations from 5am then another said from 7am.. eventually we were given a king room on ground floor, we did hear some noise, but the ground floor king suites, have a concrete sitting area which over looked the carpark! not worth extra money.. so ensure y9u double check which room .. and we were not happy that we were not warned. in conclusion.. good hotel and resort but this let it down and i wouldn't bother paying extra for car park facing ground floor room- also breakfast in splash bar sufficient but usual US processed buffet. ok but a little let down considering the resort.

Review 56:next to london bridge.. on the water .. good pool, /slide, bar, excellent location. good facilities. had a meal in the martini bar which was excellent.

Review 57:The property is a bit outdated and needs updating.

Review 58:Fantastic location. Near the bridge and many bars/restaurants. Everything you need is a short and pleasant walk away. The wifi was very fast and connected very easy. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options and had a gorgeous view of the London Bridge.

Review 59:Thought it was a lot of money for one night but of course, you're paying for the location. Would I stay again and pay this price, probably not. Plenty of cheaper hotels within a few minutes walk of this one.

Review 60:Loved the location of this hotel. Had previously stayed in the hotel across the water but wanted a change of scenery and this was perfect. Nice room with a lovely view but pretty basic for the price.

Review 61:We booked at a price with free WiFi and facilities only to be told on arrival we would be charged another £20 for the use of WiFi and facilities.

Review 62:Location and general comfort and facilities

Review 63:liked the hotel and location and the area would have liked to stay longer at the city and hotel nice breakfast and pools and would have took a boat on the lake this stay was half way trip from las vegas to palm springs nice ares to stay would book for longer if we come back to usa

Review 64:Chose this hotel as a convenient one night stop off between Grand Canyon and Los Angeles but surprised by the resort and good facilities and would have enjoyed staying longer. Staff excellent

Review 65:My feeling of this hotel is that it is a 3 star hotel priced at 5 star. The website offered so much more and the hotel just didn’t deliver. The food in Martini bay was very disappointing as it was processed, overcooked, dry and tasteless. Also I had to wait a long time for the server to get the check. Breakfast was served off site, not what I would expect, and was awful, little choice and again poorly cooked. The hotel needs some serious reservations, the patio doors to the balcony in our suite didn’t close properly and the AC had the maintenance spanner flashing for the duration. The corridors had trash bags on them from housekeeping it gave the hotel a motel feel. I would not choose to stay here again given the cost; it gave poor value for money.

Review 66:The splash pool was fun and the slide was fast. The pool staff were very helpful.

Review 67:Resort is old, old, old, and in desperate need of an overhaul for rooms, restaurant facilities, lakefront... basically everything really. Breakfast was extremely basic. Lake front access provides nothing but the view of the bridge and boat anchorage. No access for swimming except for the pool. Overpriced for the value provided.

Review 68:The London Bridge has rooms that will accommodate the whole family, in our case five people. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with fold-away sofa and limited self catering facility. Located right on the lake, offering good view across the water.

Review 69:1) Breathtaking view 2) The lake and 3 swimming pools are all within a minute walk from the resort 3) Very friendly and helpful staff 4) Large, comfortable rooms

Review 70:for $300 a night--terrible---instead of 2 queens -got one queen and a pullout--both beds uncomfortable-and no sheets on couch---pool in poor condition-internet did not work--

Review 71:location--

Review 72:The resort is wearn down. An update is needed. The pool was very warm. The rooms were old but clean. Our reservation was mixed up, and we got the wrong rooms.

Review 73:The resort is located very nice at the lake and view to the brigde

Review 74:Noisy at night, there's a party bar downstairs. You could hear the people leaving.

Review 75:Room was superb. Had a two bedroom apt so value for money was excellent. Nice and cool. Everything you wanted. Breakfast was great, plenty choice.

Review 76:floors could have been cleaner coffee way too strong at breakfast need 24 hour complimentary coffee

Review 77:dock access room layout pool area view tall bald headed security guard asset to hotel great personality!

Review 78:breakfast OK but renovations meant it was in a different room and a bit unorganised.

Review 79:We had booked a 2 bed deluxe but these were all booked. I wanted to know where the error had been made, but manager stepped in with 50% discount to resolve situation.Pools were excellent and important on such a hot day it was 111F.

Review 80:Broken plug in sink meant water couldn't be released so sink was unusable after that.

Review 81:Surprise upgrade to a suite, replica of ceremonial royal coach in the lobby and proximity to London Bridge.

Review 82:The adult pool was too filthy to swim in. The hotel is nice but they have their "not to miss" club directly outside which is part of the pool area and has a vibe of drunken pool party all day long. It stunk, there was no one cleaning up the surrounding area after the nightly party and the pool looked like you don't even want to know what had happened in it.

Review 83:Excellent location right on the river and close to restaurants, water sport rentals, and good coffee.

Review 84:The toilet was leaking during the night and woke me up

Review 85:Kara at the front desk

Review 86:The nightclub was directly under our room and blasted music each night until 2 AM.

Review 87:Beautiful views. Free breakfast and $20 at Martinis

Review 88:Room was very dirty. Very disappointed.
