Review 1：My bathroom fan was extremely noisy, suspect it was a bad fan bearing. The room next door had the same issue, and the occupant fired there's up at 0630 and didn't turn it off until 0800. It was beyond annoying. When that one was shut off, I could hear a third fan somewhere else on the third floor! I did tell staff before departing and building maintenance is my profession.

Review 2：Suite with kitchen. Clean and modern. Staff was friendly. Only $30-40 more then the cheaper dumps nearby that call themselves a hotel.

Review 3：Ask for two double beds. Plane was two hr late. Call hotel and ask forpick-up. Was told we were to late. We took a cab 1/2 mile to hotel.The check in clerk seemed to be unhappy we were late. She could not giveus a room with two beds. We had one bed and a loft bed that this old manhad to clime into. The bed was made for a kid. There was no breakfastthe next morning when we left a 6:30 A.M.

Review 5：Negative, not very helpful and unfriendly staff. Driver from ferry, upon check in there were six couples. Two staff people behind the desk and one did nothing, except look down at her paperwork.

Review 6：Location to airport and shuttle from ferry to hotel and hotel to airport. Driver to the airport was really the only positive staff person I had interaction with during the entire stay.

Review 7：The hallway outside of the room had a bad smell. The furnishings were adequate but very outdated. I felt like I was staying in my first apartment again that I moved to in the 80's. Housekeepers knocked on the door really early and never offered to come back if you weren't ready to have them clean the room at 8:30am. We had no fresh towels or sheets during a three day stay

Review 8：The staff was friendly, the restaurant excellent. The whirlpool was relaxing. The bed was firm but comfortable. Mostly I loved the company and conversation. It was quiet and private. That was good.

Review 11：The smell in the halls and especially the elevator. I'm sure it was from the Indian restaurant. Also, the building was quite warm inside. No ventilation, and no A/C in the rooms. The windows DO open, which made for good sleeping, but the road out front is extremely busy and noisy.

Review 12：The room we ended up with was a definite upgrade. Most of the staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Plenty of hot water. Very close to Mendenhall Glacier. City bus service was available right down the street. Shuttle was extremely helpful. And we LOVED having the kitchenette. It saved us plenty of money on meals.

Review 13：I did not like the price. was way too high for my needs. Way over a single perosns budjet. When they need a place 2 and sometimes 3 times a month. I can not aford to pay out half my wages just to have a place to stay overnight AND pay for airfair that takes the other half of the income.

Review 32：We will never stay there again! First day we had no hot water, when the maitenance guy fixed it he left our door open the rest of the day while we were gone. We had to beg the front desk for toilet paper, clean towels and coffee two times. The maid finally came to our room after 3 days, the second time the maid came they only made 1 bed in the room. And again didn't leave coffee or soap for the shower. When we checked out and I asked for some sort of compensation for all our troubles they said nope not going to help you. So I will NEVER stay there again! I travel to Juneau quite often so they lost a repeat customer and i've already talked to another person that was going to Juneau and from what I told them of my experience they won't be staying there either! I hope this review saves somebody else from a horrible travel experience! Stay at the Travelodge next door!
