Review 1：Ground floor room located next to a frequently used room or storage area by staff was quite noisy with frequent door opening and shutting, including later in evening and early in morning. Also, swimming pool/spa area was closed all month (Nov) for maintenance--not announced at time of booking. And there were tiny ants on the bathroom floor.

Review 27：Housekeeping didn't make one of the beds one day, didn't replace the towels on either day. The room itself was a little worn out (relative to the price point anyway), not well lit, the walls are thin, and the upstairs floorboards loud and creaky. Breakfast sausages tasted weird and the juices/coffee were mostly water. Location was convenient to the freeway, but there's not much available nearby without getting in your car.

Review 29：We are seniors, but Crystal Inn offers the discount off of the going maximum rate and not the rate that most people pay every day. This often means that a Senior discounted stay results in paying more than if we just took the going rate.

Review 32：Hotel lobby smelled clean upon arrival. Although we'd made reservations, it wasn't showing up in their system. They still honored the price quoted us when we booked it and gave us the room we wanted. Plus, the breakfast buffet was free.

Review 39：I stayed there for 5 nights, and all was well until the last night. I returned to the hotel fairly late and there wasn't much in the way of parking. I had to park in the back, but the parking lot was not huge, so I felt ok about it. The next day, I found someone had tried to break into my rental car. They must have spent some time, because they did a lot of damage trying to get in. They didn't manage to actually get into the car, but did A LOT of body damage. I found out later that they "didn't have a security camera in that part of the parking lot". I guess if you aren't bringing a car, you will be ok. I spent the last day of my vacation dealing with the rental car agency and the police......

Review 40：I have stayed in this hotel before, and was very pleased. The staff is very friendly and helpful, beds and rooms are incredibly comfortable, customer service is good, breakfast and dinner are tasty, and I enjoyed my stay.

Review 41：The carpets through out the entire hotel are WORN OUT and very grimy. But the most miserable part of our stay was the cigarrette smoke that in a NON Smoking room filtered throughout the entire room. We tried opening window but that was not a good fix.

Paper thin walls, the neighbor kids woke us up before 7, not the hotels fault, just unfortunate. The eggs were inedible, seriously, disgusting. We were pretty excited about breakfast, but seriously, I couldn't even choke down the eggs. The orange juice was orangish colored water. Not a pleasant stay. Would not recommend to anyone. Just completely let down. This was the first hotel that has been highly recommended by booking.com that disappointed us, so I guess "if you're going to do it, do it well" :)
