Review 1：They took 40 USD from the master card as a deposit for anything l ordered during my stay and told me it will be returned to my card within 3 business days but not returned till now ( one month)

Review 15：This location is perfect for resting up before and after a long international flight. The staff is outstanding, friendly, polite and accommodating. The food and drinks from the bar were excellent. We have stayed at other locations near Orlando International Airport but this is by far the best.

Review 17：Great location if you need to catch an early morning flight. Only one negative, which was taken care of right away. There was some type of repair going on, to the building. Very loud but addressed by staff without us saying anything, as they were investigating the noise when we looked out our door.

Review 22：An oasis at MCO. Quiet and tranquil in one of the noisiest and busiest airports in the usa. Chose to stop overnight after a long trip in from Scotland and V glad I did. Hotel is located inside the airport and was clean, quiet and modestly priced. Sushi bar was good. Exercise room was fine.

Review 23：We had a room that when you looked out of the window it was someone balcony. We had,had a long flight from England and could not sleep for people talking and laughing RIGHT out side our window. NOT GOOD!!

Review 26：Great relaxing 2 nights before flight home. The bellboy took our luggage from our room on the 8th floor, directly to the gate which is located on the 3rd floor! Super service and very convenient. Room service for breakfast was delightful and so was the parking service.

Review 31：Comfortable rooms, quiet, nice food, friendly staff. Our family had a really nice brunch in the room which was delivered very efficiently by a friendly staff member and the food was great. Location is very good if you have to stay at the airport for any reason. We did, due to a canceled flight, so it was very convenient as it is right in the airport concourse.

Review 35：I wasn't told there are two identical parking structures on opposite sides of the hotel -- when I went to get in my rental car the second morning of my stay, I couldn't locate the car. As a result, I was late for a doctor's appointment and the doctor was booked and did not squeeze me in an alternate time slot.

Review 37：Food at the bar was mediocre. Got in late and had a 4am start. didn't check the shower for toiletry supplies. No soap, or hair cleaning supplies in the shower. Staff pretty unfriendly at check in. Being right to the gate in the am was only good thing.

Review 56：They dont have a scale to weigh your luggage, first they told me that they have and the next day we dont ! The hotel is not connected to the airport, if you want to know anything about any flight you should go yourself to ask the airport (this is what the operator told me). the wifi is complimentary for the first 24 hours only ! The good thing is that the bellman takes your luggage to the airline check-in, but its a 10$ service and they dont tell you until you are there.

Review 58：I was charged 4 times. My total for stray was 167.63. I had a debit for167.00, a debit for 0.63, a debit for 5.00 and a debit for 211.62. I amfurious. I will be flying out of the Orlando airport tomorrow to headhome. I will be addressing this issue at this time. Upon check-in wewere told there was a complimentary breakfast, only to find out therewasn'T. On top of all this, every employee I dealt with was rude andnot helpful! I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!

Review 83：We asked the bellman to call a cab. We were driven to a restaurant 8 minutes away from the hotel and charged $47 by the hotel driver!! Ridiculous! The next day we asked the hotel to contact a cab for us. They did. However, they called a 'gypsy' cab that had no signage, no meter, and charged a flat fee of $42! When we expressed our disappointment to the hotel staff, they acted shocked that this happened. We later found out from a legitimate cab driver that the hotel staff receives 'kickbacks' from the gypsy drivers for getting them business. Underhanded, to say the least.

I said then just give me a room. They couldn't because they were full?? But they had the room that I had reserved available?? Had to get the manager and he made it work but they weren't too apologetic they were being ridiculous.

Review 117：We flew into Orlando airports late with two young children and decided to stay at the Hyatt instead of driving to our final destination with two little kids late at night. It's so convenient and check in was a breeze. They were well staffed for the influx of people even at 11pm. They were also very accommodating providing an extra bed for one of our children.
