Review 1：Kitchen and bathroom floors could be cleaned better.
Review 2：Loved meeting all the people and the social time. Very friendly staff. Wonderful new furniture. Nice location.
Review 3：The only negative is the included breakfast, which was a little lower in quality than what I usually find in a motel of this quality, and the service related to this breakfast could be improved. There were 2 choices of cereal rather than 3 or 4, and the one or two that were missing (raisin bran, for example) were the ones I would have preferred. If you like sugar-coated Cheerios or Frosted Flakes you'd be happy with the selection. Also, the staff did not anticipate when supplies were running low -- milk or coffee, for example. These containers would be empty for a little while before being refilled. Yes, I'm picky, but I'd stay here again.
Review 4：The room was a suite with small living area and kitchenette. It was clean and in good condition. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and the London Bridge/Visitor Center. I thought the room price was good for these amenities.

Review 7：The breakfast included in the rate was below average for this type of motel, possibly because the rooms all had kitchenettes and it may be presumed guests will make breakfast in their rooms. They offered two types of cold cereal, bread/muffins, self-serve waffles, juice and coffee.
Review 8：The location is in the heart of Lake Havasu City and convenient to all services I needed. The suite was clean and in good condition, and the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

Review 11：Carpets in rooms need to come out, definitely need shoes or flip flops to wear. The chairs need to be changed, one was a tad wobbly and another had a cloth covering the seat as I can only imagine what it looked like underneath. Bathroom was pretty clean but taps a bit loose. Wasn't sure if it would come off in my hands. Toiletries could have been a bit better, soaps were thin so you'd end up with pieces, a bit inadequate.
Review 12：Excellent wifi, nice to have laundry facilities, 2 washers, 2 dryers @ 1.50/per load. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Single story so no footsteps overhead. Friendly front desk. Overall for under $50 incl. taxes, you get what you pay for and in this case it was just that. Good enough for a one- nighter.

Review 33：No elevator...if you are on the second floor, you will have to lug up your own luggage. Also, there is only ONE luggage cart for the entire hotel and, of course, it's only good on the first floor....if you can find it.

Review 48：Great rooms. I've stayed at most of the hotels in Lake Havasu, this one has been the cleanest, with spacious rooms, and variety of TV Chanel's to choose from. Only negative, all of the older tenants staying at the hotel, hogged the pool area in droves. But The staff was very friendly. Will stay here again.

Review 55：The spa was closed down by the Health dept. The wifi didn't work-server problems. The room was not clean (food smeared on the two burner stove and kitchenette counter area. The bed was lumpy and sloped. The heater didnt work properly and there weren't any extra blankets in the room. Now that I think of it. . . there weren't any water glasses or ice bucket either. There was a sign in the lobby that said if you wanted to use the kitchenette, you had to pay $150 for dishes and cookware. We were supposed to stay 2 nites and after the first nite of not sleeping and freezing, we got up, checked out and went home. Ruined our weekend.

We were in a non-smoking room....other guests were smoking right outside our open window! My husband went to the breakfast room & there was no coffee (he made a fresh pot), no batter for the waffle maker, no milk for the cereal & no staff to be found! We left and went to IHop! We stayed one night and will never stay there again.

Review 86：I specifically requested a quiet room. There were adults who partied all night and ran up and down the halls yelling until 1 am. They tried to open the door to my room and scared my son. When I complained, all I got was a blank stare. No concern or apology at all. Also, the sheets were stiff and scratchy. There was no fitted sheet. Just a top sheet tucked in which came loose all night.

Review 97：When I arrived at 4:00PM my room had not been cooled and was over 90 degrees. Unbearable! A/C could not keep up with cooling and had to go to my client's hotel to escape. When I returned at 9:00PM it was reasonable cool. Furnishings were worn and when you closed the drawer it unplugged the TV. Sorry to say, I would never give this hotel an 8.0.
