Reviews for Grand Hotel Belle Vue
Review 1:The bed matrace was a bit too soft. Unfortunately no Sauna- but thats not really a big issue.
Review 2:Extremely nice and friendly Personnel. The Turm suite was beautiful with an excellent View. They prepared a very nice birthday cake for my daughter ( as we preordered) with chocolate and strawberries! It wasn't expensive. I always look for the dirty areas that the cleaning ladies miss to clean, but I couldn't find any- which is really impressing! The location is very central and quite.
Review 3:Fact that the restaurant was shut although I did know this. Nevertheless after driving quite far you just want to crash.
Review 4:My room and the decor. Comfortable bed and sheets. The location and the town itself. The owner is an extremely pleasant woman. Oh yes, excellent wifi.
Review 5:The restaurant was closed but is opening soon. We knew this in advance as the hotel emailed me to let me know. It wasn't an issue as plenty of other places to eat. Nothing else negative to say.
Review 6:Excellent location in the centre of De Haan. Lovely recently renovated room. Very spacious with a large double bed. Excellent choice at breakfast. Friendly staff.
Review 7:Professionally impeccable management of our stay.
Review 8:Staff was really nice and helpfull. Facilities were like descripted : hot tub bath en balcons in the room. We had a really good stay.

Review 20:Clean rooms, fantastic breakfasts, great location and best of all good quality, new mattresses. Slept like a log!
Review 21:Although the food at breakfast was very good, we found the coffee and the tea (Lipton tea bags...) a bit disappointing.
Review 22:Very beautiful, comfortable and elegant hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was helpful in giving directions.
Review 23:Tv was difficult to get signal and over complaicted with 2 controllers.
Review 24:Nice spacious rooms with minimilist modern decor, excellent modern bathrooms with very large bath.Food & service in restaraunt was very good .Good location for tram only a 2 minute walk around the cornner.
Review 25:ziplock bed (bit of crack sown middle) and sperate duvets. This is not major however.
Review 26:Clean spacious bathroom with excellent shower, friendly staff, clean, great balconies (two)
Review 27:Perhaps only negative from our point of view is that there is not a bar to have an evening drink at.
Review 28:Our second stay and still as good as previous visit some 14 months ago. Staff are consistently brilliant. Breakfasts are really good, plenty of choice and good value on inclusive rate/
Review 29:There was no direct-dial number for us to receive calls in our room.
Review 30:Friendly, helpful owners who provided a very relaxing atmosphere, which is exactly what we wanted for our weekend getaway. Breakfast was good. Free wi-fi. The owners have been renovating this historic hotel and have paid a lot of attention to detail and quality. We would definitely stay at the Belle Vue again!
Review 31:Our room was lovely but rather noisy-- we could hear the guests staying nearby quite well and the cleaning ladies were rather loud as they cleaned neighboring rooms. This was not a problem during the night but in the early morning-- it meant we couldn't sleep late!
Review 32:The building is very beautiful and its atmosphere relaxing. We appreciated the attentive service.
Review 33:Everything :) The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was a very variable and tasteful buffet. The restaurant serves limited variety but gorgeous food. We are surely coming back. The animals are welcome - there is even a water bowl in front of the entrance.
Review 34:Be warned checkout is not allowed before 9am and even though there were staff about there was no one able, willing or prepared to let us check out before 9. When the receptionist arrived she blamed us for not reading the small print in our room. It just seemed illogical and about the only evidence of the hotels dated origins
Review 35:Really nice renovation of a grand old Edwardian hotel. Public areas are modern but welcoming. Room was one of the re designed rooms with stripped down floors and modern furniture. Comfy bed and quiet at night. Restaurant looked nice and was busy most nights but we didn't eat there. Breakfast was included and was excellent with a wide range of food and drinks.
Review 36:A quality hotel - we were passing through en route from Calais to the Rhine and therefore only stayed one night but what a lovely introduction to the Continent - can thoroughly recommend .
Review 37:Would have been good to have coffee facilities in the room
Review 38:The hotel was exceptionally clean and well run, and very friendly staff. Location excellent within the town. Excellent breakfast
Review 39:A good central location. We stayed in a junior suite that was reallygood size and very good decorative order, good facilities also. Hotelstaff, both the owners and their staff, were truely excellent. Breakfastoffered a really good choice. Can recommend this for a stay in De Hann and would not hesitate a return to this hotel.
Review 40:- Het personeel was oprecht supervriendelijk. - Uitstekende ligging aan tram, in centrum. - Een romantisch en nostalgisch hotel.
Review 41:very comfortable room, very nice breakfast, staff were excellent, nothing was to much trouble for them. will stay there again.
Review 42:Bar closes very early.
Review 43:An upmarket hotel in a good location, convenient for the coastal tram and beach.
