Review 1：I did not have one issue with the hotel.

Review 2：The place was perfect for me and my kids. After a long day it was a perfect end to a perfect day. And then we were given great advice for dinner.

Review 3：For me the beds were really hard. And the temperature of the hallways inside were freezing. And seems odd there is no bathroom accommodations near reception/conference room were breakfast served.

Review 40：The location of the hotel was within walking distance to the wharf. The hotel staff were warm and friendly. They were helpful in providing walking maps of Monterey and Pacific Grove. Parking was secure, there were 2 underground levels. The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. There was a sliding glass door to open and enjoy the beautiful weather. The cookies provided at the front desk were a nice bonus. There were alot of options at breakfast and the food was good but it was very busy and there were not enough staff to keep up with supply and demand. The seating area was small.The lobby of the hotel has a waterfall and there are fresh orchid arrangements that looked beautiful. If you plan on going to the aquarium the hotel sell tickets but they are 2 day passes and it is cash only. The hotel staff provided the information on how to buy a 1 day pass on line. I was able to print out our admission tickets so there was no waiting in line. The aquarium in not within walking distance of this hotel.
