Review 1：Just a couple of critical items...the floors were very nice stained concrete, but it would have been nice to have a rug of some sort in the living room and bedroom to dampen the noise. Also, the tenants above were a bit louder than we would like and there were some loud mechanical noises during the night that disturbed us. Otherwise it was a great place for the night.
Review 2：We arrived later in the day and the office was closed, but they had our reservation information waiting outside of the office and we were able to get right in. Also, the unit has a full kitchen, which we didn't expect. It was clean and smelled great.
Review 3：We were 3 senior woman so it was large enough for us to sleep comfortly. The kitchen was nice so we could fix our own food or have snacks. It fit into our fixed income budgets very well.
Review 4：The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. A lot of smoking going on in there, Yuck! While the shower was running the water temperature went from warm to blistering hot.

Review 6：Main desk was only open until noon each day, facility is very run down, bed was an old spring bed; very noisy & uncomfortable. Water temp in shower not regulated, went from scalding hot to freezing cold several times during each shower. No restaurant on site. The establishment is for sale, which may account for the lack of updates.
Review 7：Ground floor suite with the pool right outside our door. Very few guests so surroundings were very quiet. Very clean rooms.

Review 11：The place was large, and had ample parking; And had necessary features. We arrived late left early so we were in and out, and didn't use any facilities except the bed and shower.
Review 12：No boat parking. We did not even check in, we let the office staff know that we were not going to be staying and we were still charged for the entire weekend.

Review 14：Small and friendly with a lovely little pool as you step out your door. All the necessary facilities were there and staff were prepared to do that little bit extra if needed, stayed three nights and was sorry to leave.
Review 15：Kitchen utensils were pretty basic e.g. no corkscrew. Bed was too firm for both of us.

Review 21：The location is nowhere close to the lake. Condo/Resort? More like an old apartment building that got a fresh coat of paint and is still in need of TLC. Lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. The pool is smack dab in the middle of the small 22 room complex. People were allowed to smoke by the pool area. We left a day early because my husband refused to sleep one more night in the noisy uncomfortable bed.
Review 22：Staff was friendly. I think its a great place for a family on a tight budget that wants a cheap getaway. It has a fully equipped kitchen.

Review 24：Small family run business. All the rooms are in a rectangular building around a swimming pool. It is small and therefore everyone staying was friendly. it was great to have a kitchen and a separate bedroom to lock my snoring husband in! There was a laundry room, which although I didn't ask, I think we could have used. It is slightly further down the road than our GPS said.

Review 32：The second day we had people move in above 6 adults 5 kids. They sounded like they were moving all the furniture for hrs. We let the lady working the office know and instead of moving them we had to move. It was 115 degrees thatbday and the second room did not have the air conditioner on til we moved. Took hrs to cool down. Pull out bed was fifthy. Stains on chairs.
Review 33：For a non-smoking room it reeked of smoke and cleaning chemicals to hidethe smoke smell. This room was suppose to be a non-smoking room. It wasawful and very offensive for the 2 days we were there.We did not feel safe leaving our stuff in the room. (1) Flimsy $10 door knob locks on our door and (2) the unlocked security doors leading into all rooms.

Review 36：The rooms are secure inside, with all 20 rooms (2 floors) facing the pool. The suite was large, well appointed and comfortable. If I were traveling with family, it would have been ideal.
Review 37：We walked into our room after a long day on the lake and the a/c was broken and it was 97 degrees inside. We changed rooms late at night and the next room had a vent blasting on our faces in bed all night. The a/c and vents were horrible and we couldn't get our money back

Review 64：The mattress on the bed creaked loudly every time one moved. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was no staff when we arrived. An envelope was left to tell us which suite we were to be in. The entrances were not locked overnight until we asked for more security. Suite was dated and in need of renovations. Bathroom is very cramped.

The only minor issue was that when we were using the pool, a family group started playing a loud and boisterous ball game, spoiling our enjoyment of it. This showed a lack of consideration from these guests, but was not the fault of the Hidden Palms.
Review 75：We liked the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment, which was a real home away from home. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was very efficient - a necessity in the August heat. The apartment was excellent value for money and we would definitely stay there again.
Review 76：The Owner is very unapproachable, he was very cross with me when we had scheduled a late checkout, he first claimed he couldn't honor that but was already pre-arranged 2 weeks in advance and he gave in but very grudgingly. and for that reason I will probably not stay there again or refer anyone else.

We had a full service kitchen in the condo, but no ice machine on site for us to fill our coolers.The sofa bed was nice as a sofa but thin and flimsy as a bed. It rained while we were there and the ceiling leaked.
Review 83：The condo was spotless, spotless and did I say spotless? The location was central to restaurants, the London Bridge and the downtown shopping district. The other guests & the staff were all super friendly. The pool was well maintained. Price was extremely reasonable for the area. Parking was right out back. I loved that they provide a gas grill cooking area for guests by the pool. Laundry facilities on site. We would stay again because of the reasonable rates, the cleanliness and the welcoming staff.
Review 84：WiFi receptions was not very good. Not a lot to do in Lake Havasu City. They try to sell it as a touristic village, but (probably due to the extreme heat) there's nobody around: empty streets, empty beaches.
