Reviews for New Hampshire Inn West Memphis

Review 1:They did not give you enough towels or Toiletries, no kleenex. They did not clean the room once, we were there 3 days. We asked for no smoking, room had lots of cigarette burns. Chairs really dirty and broke.

Review 2:The one person staff was friendly.

Review 3:the bed was the absolute hardest, worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on! I will never stay in room 101 again. This was the 5th room I have stayed in at this location and the first room to have an unbearable bed.

Review 4:The room was updated and very clean

Review 5:I wish they had breakfast, but hey, I rather have a local eatery instead.

Review 6:I have to admit I was expecting the worse for it being located in West Memphis. It is located right across from Southland Park and 10 minutes from Downtown Memphis. The owners are the sweetest and the most welcoming. Our room was actually a pretty great surprise. Outdated, but we really enjoyed the layout of the room. There's a little section with a table and chairs. The bed is a California King and it was LUXURIOUS! The sheets and comforter were fresh and clean and the bathroom was as well! They had a modern flat screen tv with cable and fast Wifi. We were very please for the price to be only $50 a night, that's including all taxes and fees. This will be our new go- to hotel. We've stayed at the Ramada next door before and it was a humid, breeding ground for germs. New Hampshire Hotel is the BEST!

Review 7:The attendant issued the wi-fi password but it didn't work. The next morning she said I had to call her to activate it. No shampoo mini-bottles, etc. No breakfast food available. Obviously they are running this motel on a shoestring.

Review 8:Cheap price.

Review 9:Pet fee was $30 on top of our $65 room. Half a roll of toilet paper in the room and no extra. Coffee but no coffee cups. Stingy with towels. Don't expect extras of anything.

Review 10:The room was clean.

Review 11:The room was extremely small, and half of it already taken by that huge TV from the last century. I love vintage things, as long as they don't block my way to the bathroom. This one did.

Review 12:Officially in Arkansas, it's really very close to Memphis TN, just across the river.

Review 13:The room seemed dowdy; sheets and towels were not soft and rather grey. Hole in blanket and stain on spread. Office was locked when we left shortly before 8 in the morning. Kitchen area dowdy. We kept everything off the floor in case of bugs.ssss

Review 14:Staff was friendly but saw someone only briefly on arrival. The carpet looked new and bathroom was clean.

Review 15:Internet wouldn't work; office had difficulties with their equipment for activating the key card; really not a problem, though.

Review 16:Clean & huge room; had everything we needed

Review 17:Staff was rude.

Review 18:No bad experience, area just seemed a little sketchy, but all went smoothly.

Review 19:Front desk man very friendly and helpful.

Review 20:Everything. Room full of Flies, was suppose to have sofa, there wasn't, no WiFi, TV barely worked

Review 29:nothing

Review 30:Room could have done with a hair drier and some shampoo

Review 31:Not far from the freeway - easy to get to and from the I40 east-bound. Sizable rooms.

Review 32:The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large and clean. Looked like they were recently renovated. I felt safe staying here. I'd recommend this to everyone.

Review 33:We stayed in a newly remodeled room. It was clean and had all the amenities needed for a one night stay. It also had a coffee machine. Didn't have an iron but we asked for one and received one with an ironing board immediately. Worth the money, will stay here again.

Review 34:It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. We had to walk to the gas station for our morning coffee :(

Review 35:The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied. We would stay there again if in the area.

Review 36:No coffee :(

Review 37:Friendliest staff I have ever dealt with at a budget hotel. I had to call and ask a question a couple of days before my arrival and the young man was extremely nice & couteous! Super service. Newly remodeled room was nice and very spacious.

Review 38:No free coffee

Review 39:The hotel is a good value for the price. The room was spacious and clean, the facility looked well maintained which isn't always the case in a budget hotel. Refrig and microwave in the room are a plus.

Review 40:One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Soft beds, kitchenette, iron and ironing board, and so much more. It's nice to stay at a hotel where the owners and management that such pride in providing an excellent experience. Thank you!

Review 41:The room smelled of mildew and old cigarettes and there was no non-smoking room option. There were holes in the sheets and stains on the shower curtains. There were bugs, and they used plastic cups from a Holiday Inn.

Review 42:The price.

Review 43:easy to get to, clean, lots of hot water for showers, friendly, helpful staf, great value for money

Review 44:Everything

Review 45:Notning

Review 46:False advertising no kitchenette and the room had a bad smells

Review 50:Ease of finding the hotel.

Review 51:The staff was very accommodating. There is no better place in West Memphis for the value than the New Hampshire.
