Review 1：The dinner and self service need to be encouraged so we can choose the food we like. But Bolivia lodge is the best.

Review 2：The staff was so marvellously friendly and welcoming. I really felt like i was in my second home sweet home. The lodge is a paradise on earth.

Review 3：Although the breakfast was buffet and the staff helpful if we needed something, there could have been a wider selection of hot food. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside by each chalet so the African night could be enjoyed.

Review 9：That they didn't have meals including the basic breakfast, which was tough for the children. The cleanliness was a major concern, we found cockroaches in our unit 97. The cleaning staff don't do a good job of keeping the units clean. No covered parking is also a concern for such a lodge. Generally, we were not impressed with the lodge and we don't think ute serves the 3 star rating

Review 13：The only thing I hate is that there is no restaurant, no bar I have to walk to the mall to buy stuff to eat everyday. The airconditioner in the room cools more than the refrigerator. I stayed 5 nights and I am giving the lodge 3 star

Review 15：A bit tacky - Tv no good too small and on top of a cupboard? Towels in a terrible state. Telephone not working. Staff need to explain facilities when booking in - upsell opportunities missed.

Review 16：The bed was slanted in the middle to show the mattress was too old. The walls were stained. Sheets had stains too. I requested that they change the room for me. The next room was more or less the same as the previous room. The rooms are equipped with old 22" or less analog TVs with a fuzzy picture, they only have 8 or 10 channels and no proper news channel. The cleaning ladies came to knock on my door just before 10am even though as a genius booker my check out was supposed to be at 12 noon. And there was no visible Do Not Disturb sign that I could've put on the door.

Review 18：Some of the visitors were playing loud music from thier cars very early in the morning, the staff did not seems to care about controlling the irritating noise levels.

Review 23：Breakfast was an absolute Rip Off!!!! R190 for the two of us and literally just cereal, fruit and 4 hots to choose from. And then when you sit down to eat the staff stare the food right out of your mouth.

Review 24：The credit card machine was Brocken and staff was extremely persistent that I search for an atm before getting the key rather than settling in am. We had a dinner reservation and this would have caused a delay. Eventually they conceded but I did not appreciate the manner of which they dealt with the situation given its their credit card machine that wasn't working not my cards.

The bathroom wasnt clean and the shower nozzle for the bath tub looked like it was bashed against the wall a few times. Their pictures of their budget room was 3 times nicer than the dump we got put in,thank goodness it was only for a few hours.

Review 36：Had to wait over 45mins for check in yet we pre-booked and travelled320kms. We booked for 4 yet we got room for 3. Aircon smells of burntwire, mosquitos bit the kids. No on-duty Manager on weekends for such ahuge establishment. Staff lacks customer service. In a month I sleep in5-15 hotels, lodges, guesthouses. This was one of tge worst experiences.
