Review 1：I was tired when i checkin and am traveling with children. but the hotel don't understand once u make ckick in they give the key to a guy to take you to the room unfortunately he take you to another desk where they start to offer you park tickets and activities. Be cautious and dont go to the actively desk.

Review 7：Receptionists are not professional, some time they left the front desk while we are waiting and do not apologize. the Internet was included when I made the reservation, when I asked for the password, the receptionist told me that it is not free while other staff told me it is free. Anyway, it did not work. I calld the reception and the tech support but nothing changed Houskeeping service is very bad, I stayed for three weeks and they didn't change bed sheets or did any vacuum the sales department invited me to attend sales event and provide me 100$ for 90 minutes, they wanted me to buy a timeshare in the resort and mentioned that I have to decide in that meeting. I politely rejected the offer because such decision can not be made in one day. they tried to push me to buy for about four and half hours. I told them about the bad service I experienced, the sales lady apologized and provided me 2 tickets (about 20sh), and kept trying to convence my to buy a unit, when I rejected to buy she did not give me the tickets. that was rude and poor sale skills.

First, they have unfriendly staff. The price ishigher than what they post. I paid around 170$ for cleaning, but theynever clean my suite. I called them more than three times a day forhousekeeping. They said there will do cleaning in morning but never do.The most thing make me leave this hotel is that bugs are everywhre in mysuite. We could not sleep no blackout in the rooms. I was planning tostay more than 10 days I paid for 5 days but left after three days toother hotel. However, save your money and your time by avoiding thispoor property. Trust me if you do not want to bother yours and yourfamily's trip avoid this poor hotel.

Review 34：The room was nice. Also the entire resort is really nice - right by the lake. The pools are great. The only problem is that there are so many buildings - that you need a shuttle just to reach the reception desk. So transport is a big issue unless you have a car.

Review 35：Personnel was not informative or helpful- for example, when asking about the shuttles to and from the parks, they provided the shuttle times but failed to tell us that we were required to make reservations in advance. We ended up taking a taxi both ways.

Review 39：I loved that we were upgraded from a studio to a beautiful 2 bedroom unit with a giant jacuzzi tub and balcony. It was spacious and clean. My favorite feature was the balcony. This stay was me and my boyfriends first trip together and it was perfect.

Review 45：The management please look in to this - the room cleaning is very poor.Bed linen is not changed everyday, the bathroom is not cleaned and oneday after returning in the night ,found a garbage bag in the bathroom.Taken out of the bin but kept in the bathroom. Toiletries notreplenished. Please find a new place to keep towels not under thewashbasin. It is really a bad practice. Where can one hang clothes inthe bathroom ?, no place for cloth hanging. Coffee machine is good butplease consider keeping a kettle as well. Other facilities are good. Ido not like the way my complain about the housekeeping at the time ofcheck-out was handled by the staff who checked us out. A request tospeak to a manager was not handled properly, told the manager is busyopting me to write here for many others to see.

Review 47：I booked the hotel as it was near the convention center. It was near but only as the crow flies; as it was across the freeway and was actually a 20 min cab ride away. Once I booked in my room was about a mile away from check in and one had to wait until a chap in a golf cart drove you to the location. This is not a good hotel for a business traveler or someone without a car.

Review 48：Booking in experience was very stressful (for the second time!). They couldn't find out booking, made us wait for ages whilst they sorted out the booking problem and then upon realising it was their system error they didn't offer any apology

Didnt feel safe seeing the dog and i think that pets should not be allowed. Ps. Dont take rooms close to corridors as children were running up and down yelling and screaming

I had complaints of roaches, ants and having to wait for 30 minutes to be picked up by a shuttle going to the garage; I ended up walking to the garage with my fiancé in the hot sun! No complimentary services were offered at all to provide comfort. Just a manager that didn't know how to handle the situation. My first experience turned out to be my last.

We even saw a couple of other people facing harassment and getting into loud arguments, which was very unpleasant. The management should take a serious notice as this behavior will only tarnish the hotels reputation. Very obnoxious and unprofessional sales staff really.

Review 79：Before we were allowed to go to our room on arrival we were taken to a crocodile like concierge/salesman who tried to hard-sell us a slot on a sales pitch lunch for the next day which required a $20 dollar deposit. When I informed them we could not attend due to time factors they made it very difficult to cancel the appointment and get the money back. I think if you don't mind listening to slippery sales pitches and constantly saying no to them when you are not interested there are some good deals to be gained. However if you don't want to be bothered by these things at all you are dealt with with contempt by the concierge staff. They target tired travellers and it is a really low sales tactic, beware!

Review 89：1. Rooms are little bit old and not very clean, I had to kill cockroaches a couple of times. 2. There is no full cleaning involved. The cleaning only includes changing of towels and bed setting. Rest of the flat is not included. Upon checking with the reception they informed us that full cleaning is done once a week only and if you want to have extra cleaning then this is done at an extra cost. 3. Wifi is very slow throughout the resort and I did a speed test and was not able to get more than 100Kbps and it was almost impossible to do anything on the net. 4. Checkout time is 10:00am not like many hotels around the world which have a checkout of 12:00pm

Review 91：Site is for the young and is very noisy They tried to sell us timeshare by telling us we would get $75 +_free breakfast if we went to presentation so that we could tell others how good it was, although we arrived at 5pm and were leaving next day. Probably OK if you stayed a week but beware presentation is at least 90 mins

The tub was dirty and had "pubic" hair in it.

Review 100：I decided after a long day and bad weather to order a pizza from the local pizza establishment owned by the resort. So I call and ask the young lady for a Large combo pizza figuring since I have no menu for what type of pizza's they sell the girl on the phone would simply ask me what all I wanted on it like a normal pizza place would. She didn't, however she did say two things to me. #1 she said she didn't understand what a combo pizza was? Really? and then stated to me #2 In a real Snarky tone, "We aren't Pizza Hut !". Ok, you don't understand yet you know what a combo pizza is at Pizza Hut. I called the front desk to ask them why I would be talked to like this and they told me they would call the manager of the restaurant, Figuring I would receive a phone call from the manager I waited up, guess what I did not get.

It's looking just acroos the Convention Center but you need to pass highway so it takes 15 min by drive. Also there is a shuttle service for Convention Center but you need to take ring shuttle inside of the hotel to go convention center shuttle bus stop. It says inside ring shuttle wirk evey 10-15 min but I waited more than one hour one morning and it did not show up, some of creew helped me and took me to Convention shuttle stop with golf cart. Second day I waited around 30 min and I called taxi to get convention center. It was complately terrible experience for me. I will never stay again..

I didnot get a chance to go to any of the restaurant but I did order in from Joe's prices was very reasonable and the food was good too. Review 124：Walkway between handicapped spaces was used as a parking space by someone. I could not open my car door to get in. Security did not care. No one on the staff would take care of the issue after numerous calls and contacts.

The staff had a difficult time helping get the stay on the business card; I think I've still got to check that they switched the charges.
