Review 1：Owners treated it like they were on holiday too with their family members who were visiting at the time we stayed. The 2 staff serving however were excellent in making sure everyone was looked after. NO hot water the 3 nights we stayed, when we inquired the owner said they switched it off because it rained heavily (thinking no one would be using the pool or beach) and then didn't do anything about it. Which was not good at all. Unable to make use of the TV room as the owners brother enjoyed sleeping on the couch. Hotel also needs to be painted and refurbished.
Review 2：The chef uses organically grown produce so both breakfast and dinner meals were very good and tasty. WiFi was good as able to get on balcony and no problems in the lobby and restaurant area.
Review 3：Very small room, if to swich on conditioner - all your balcony will be in water on the floor, so, you couldn't seat there. In a bathroom everhwere water if only you decided to take shower or just wash your hands.

The food was excellent and the people are very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Would definitely return. Thank Hotel Ozsoy for giving us a wonderful few days. :-)
