Review 1：Room missing chair to sit in, large empty space. Restraint had special from 5-9.Arrived at 5:50 sold out of special. Long wait for order to be taken, waitress came ask wanted dessert before we had salad or entre'. Husband's order wrong I had finished before he got his. No tip left as a result.

Review 12：It was conveniently to many places; stores, restaurants and tourist attractions. The front desk clerk was very helpful. I was able to get a room even though I was two hours before the checking time. I also enjoyed having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

Review 13：Somehow my credit card was run 5 times & a fraud alert was put on by my bank. Also our keys were deactivated a day before leaving. Staff did help us out.

Review 19：A family checked in at 10PM our last night. They had children that ran up and down the outside hall until after 11PM. In the morning at 5:50AM the kids were up beating on the door that separated our rooms and yelling and we never heard either parent ever say anything to them.

Review 21：We were on the first floor. The room upstairs had a tv on constantly, including all night long,at max volume. Management denied occupancy in that room. Our complaint was not the only one. No sleep was possible. Breakfast was way beyond gross. Coffee was even tastelessly bad.

Review 23：The internet was slowwwww. The toilet ran slowly all the time (we tried to fix it) so we closed the door. The air conditioner sounded like a threshing machine necessitating opening the window. However we had a real bargain price which might explain things.

In a spacious room, with a coffee counter, the stupid little fridge was in the opposite corner, and turned OFF with the light switch (we later found out!) The included breakfast was pathetic; the dining staff lackluster, and dinner was over-priced and not very good. We'll go somewhere else next time.

Review 97：Stayed here just one night. Decent-sized, clean room and good buffet breakfast with cooked items as well as fruit and cereals. Not much in the immediate vicinity but about 3 minute drive to London Bridge (or 10 minute walk if you can deal with the heat). Good value place to rest your head.

The continental breakfast only reason I booked was a restaurant we had free meals for. I thought it was more of a continental breakfast. Wouldn't recommend to anyone not this location anyways.

Review 104：Restaurant Staff ( Waitress, Hostess) were, in my opinion, incompetent. We arrived on 3/4 and went to dinner at 5:00 PM for an early dinner. We split one appetizer and one dinner. At check-in, we were given 2 tickets for a complimentary happy hour cocktail. 1. It took forever to get our dinner order. 2. No one bothered to explain what the problem was. 3. The waitress did not bring me the bill--I had to go to the counter and request it from the hostess. There was no thank you or apology given regarding the delays. By this time it was 6:30. 4. Incidentally, the food was lousy and overpriced.

Review 113：It offered the best breakfast that we had during our 3-weeks-roadtrip through Nevada, Arizona and California (bagels, toasts, cereals, scrambled egg, hot sausages, warm potatoes,...,...). The room was also the biggest motel room we've had. Everything was clean, the pool was good, staff friendly.
