Review 1：The only thing that I found negative for me was the volume of the live one man Caribbean band that played by the pool over the weekend. Background music it was not, made obvious by all the guests wanting to use the pool using the loungers furthest away from the noise source. Free wifi was slow and continually logged off which was tedious.

Review 2：Floridays Resort provided an good base from which to sally forth from for excursions various. It provided very good value accommodation, providing much more than just a twin room in a more central hotel. Good sized living area and well kitted out kitchenette. Local services, supermarkets etc are very close which made semi self catering easy.

Review 9：It is located very close to Sea World, but a little distant from Disney and at the "boring side" of the International Drive, which is a good thing if you want to avoid trafic but you need to drive 15-20 minutes to get to the other parks or the Int'l Drive activities. The Palm Cafe, located at the Resort, has an extensive and attactive menu but we were unable to taste it because it closes early. Even when the operating hours extends until 10:00 pm, if you arrive around 9:30 pm they won't serve you any food.

Review 10：Apartments are spacious with comfortable beds (1 king and 2-queen beds) and clean spaces, specially the TWO (yeyyyyyy!) bathrooms. Kitchen is clean and has everything you may need, and supermarkets and drugstores are very close to the resort. Free parking close to the apartments with enough available spaces. Well maintained gardens and elevators. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and attentive, they even call to the apartment few minutes after our arrival to confirm we arrived well!

Review 15：We had requested a quiet room. Our room was facing International Drive, where there were (even in winter) car and motorcycle racing, which was quite loud. Air conditioning was on, even in winter, but maybe that is a Florida thing. I think the kitchen needed one more pan and additional things for decent cooking. Perhaps you have to bring your own, but most was provided. Smoothies served were very sweet. Had difficulties to close and secure front door which could cause a security situation because the door did not catch right away. Could have prepared instructions on how to work the DVD/TV and tub jets.

Review 16：Nice, clean renovated room. Spacious for our family. Received a room a bit higher up as requested. Provided sample of washing and paper towels for use, which was nice. Staff was very nice and friendly. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle while being close by to WDW. We called to find out how to work the DVD and jets in the tub. They came right away! Maid service fine and we felt like it was our own apartment for the week. More than adequate area and storage. Washer and dryer included in our room!

Review 24：Although the place seemed safe , there were a few unsolicited people wandering around able to place flyers under the apartment doors at all times through the night and there was a note from resort advising to ignore these as they were scams . I felt that a simple fix would be to have gates at property entrance to deter them as its a bit unsettling.

Review 40：We loved this hotel's location. It has a kitchen so convenient when traveling with kids. Spacious bedrooms and beds available. Master bathroom had both whirlpool tub and shower, and additional bathroom was great for 6 people traveling. My sister had a small dog stay with us and staff was great about it. Habe stayed before with a large family (up to 8 people) and would stay again!

Review 41：I wish that the shuttles to the theme parks returned to the resort earlier in the afternoon as the first shuttle back was only at 18:00. I also wish that we were informed about the i-Ride bus that stops just outside the gate of the resort and travels up and down International drive past great shops and restaurants. We discovered this bus after we were there for a week already. Our room was only refreshed/made very late and twice we came back after 18:00 to a room where beds have not been made and towels not changed.

Review 42：The room was spacious and comfortable and I liked the fact that it has two bathrooms. The free shuttle service to and from the theme parks was a big help. Michelle behind the concierge desk was amazing. I liked the fact that the I-Ride bus, travelling up and down International drive, stops just outside the resort and that there is a great supermarket just two bus stops away.

Review 51：Rooms are cleaned only every 9 days. Yes, you read correctly: 9 days!! Towels are changed and beds are made daily however bed sheets are changed only every 9 days. We found bed bugs in the master suite. I feel the hotel should revise their cleaning policy for the sake of basic hygiene principles.

The kids had great fun in the swimming pool. The suites are very nice and comfortable. Washing machine and dryer were great for a family with young kids.

Review 62：Pool area was good, although smaller than expected. Tom, who delivered us to our unit F was delightful,and very courteous. He was the best thing about our stay. The reception staff were great as well. This hotel needs to live up to its staff.

Review 63：Whenever we turned down the air conditioning, the room would develop a bad odour after it heated up. There were a couple of items missing from the room (e.g., frying pan), we phoned the front desk to notify, but never did get the frying pan. Kid-friendly but mostly for younger kids - I have teenagers and they did not get into the pool at all; once they saw all the little kids in the pool areas they turned around and left (could just be an issue with my children though). Could not find any recycling bins anywhere for recycling of paper or drink containers, everything just went into the garbage. Parking was an issue if we returned to the resort after 9 pm.

Review 64：Great location, close to Sea World and Disney, and the Premium Outlets. Staff were friendly and for the most part very helpful, one girl at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty. The front desk foyer is quite beautiful. Lots of greenery around the resort and lovely pool areas and very little-kid-friendly. Quiet at night. The room was up-to-date and mostly clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Review 65：Being greeted by a security guard who told us not to use the pizza flyers under the door becauss we could get murdered or raped. In front of my 6 year old!

Review 73：Poor breakfast and dinner options. No real restaurant at all! Only one, small, expensive cafe next to the pool. Went to nearby Walgreen everyday and bought our groceries there. Elevator worked poorly when we arrived and stopped working on a second day for a whole two days.

Review 74：We loved our room (two bedroom family suite). Very spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. Had two bedrooms and both of them had TV. Resort and room pictures in booking.com are very truthful, so you can have a clue what to expect. Children loved the spacious swimming pool and so did we. Liked, that it was open until 11 pm. Resort was close to everything. Free wifi.

Review 75：We went during a popular event that was being held in Orlando. The hotel apparently over reserved rooms which left a various guests stuck looking for non-existent parking, there was literally absolutely NO parking whatsoever on the entire site. Our room balcony was teeming with gnats so we couldn't utilize it, the hot water went out so we were stuck with taking Luke warm showers (at best), the walls were thin and not well insulated and the supposed "newly renovated" building that our room was located in was only newly refaced. I will NEVER stay at this hotel facility again! I am a frequently traveler and this was hands down one of the most horrible hotel experiences ever for me.

Review 83：The whole building we were in lost hot water, which is not a good thing after having spent a day at Disney with the Wife and small children. My Wife called the front desk about it and they hung up on her! I went to the front desk in the pouring rain from the furthest building away and they thankfully let me check out early. However, when I got to the desk, the manager was on the phone talking about the whole building not having hot water, and the woman at the counter acted like it was news to her. If they had even left a note on the door, or called the room to let us know, or offered something like free breakfast for the inconvenience it wouldn't have been that bad. We ended up leaving and staying at a Disney hotel. Only a little more, but without the inconvenience or attitude. I would also like to add that Booking.com was amazingly awesome in dealing with all of this!

Review 84：The cleaning staff was very cheerful and friendly. They work very hard pushing those carts around the entire property. Tip them well!

Review 85：Parking lot should be monitored. A lot of NON-AUTHORIZED cars parked in the parking lot. As a result, people that paid for a place with parking lot did not have the space due to this situation. Also, anybody can get into the facility due to a lack of access control.

Review 92：The jacuzzi tub in the master suite was not cleaned. I had to call to the service desk to get housekeeping to come make the beds & provide fresh towels (At 3pm!!!) When I brought the unclean tub to the attention of the housekeeper, she informed me it wasn't their responsibility to clean. The other housekeeper had a very musty body odor which lingered after she left. To make matters worse, the bathrooms had little to no water pressure so taking a shower and/or freshening up, took twice as long & the foutain/lake was murky green & a real eye sore.

The staff was over the top and could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. with the chaos of the "I-Drive Strip" this property was just far enough away where you could be there in a flash without the annoyance of being on the strip.

Review 102：Everything. Wonderful resort, near everything, great pools and spacious clean condo. Washer and dryer in the unit, complete cooking facilities, very nice bathrooms. The front desk staff, especially Logan ( the Jersey Girl ) who printed out our boarding passes, were very helpful and friendly.

Review 103：Smoking was allowed in the dining area by the pool. My kids don't need exposure to poisonous cigarette smoke! Should not be allowed at a family friendly dining area! Shame on you!

Review 105：I've never been in a shower with such low water flow. The parking lot view left much to be desired. I asked for a really nice room at the front desk and I think as a joke he gave me the lowest floor level room with parking lot view and zero water flow shower.
