Review 1：We arrived around 7:00 pm during the fall. The stairwells were very dark. The manger did turn on the outside lights when we asked, but the lights were turned off sometime in the night. Watching my step the next morning, I hit my head on a flowering basket

Review 3：Light in the room was very dim, with no light near or on the table. Room was very warm and it took awhile to discover the heater was in the bathroom and not regulated by the thermostat on the wall; difficult to cool off since there were no windows and only the sliding glass door, which opened right to the street.

Review 5：No a/c it was stuffy in the room when we arrived. The windows are really hard to open and had no screens. No privacy feeling like no drapes. It wasn't a big deal since we were on the second floor, just needs better blinds. The blinds I think we're broken so the outside light shines through to our room.

Review 7：Poor and VERY confusing location with the two separate buildings. We weren't sure where to go, and the "instructions" we received made us more confused. The room was not ready on time, it was HOURS late! :P

Review 9：The room was huge and smelled very clean unlike some other hotels I've been to. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Loved that we got to try some saltwater taffy as well! :)
Review 10：It was very clean, I was surprised as the location isn't the best and it was all we could get last minute. Will definitely stay there again! Very clean and Oder free!!! Nice new linens and towels too.
Review 11：The price was great , the room was cozy and clean. And the very big jacuzzi tub was awesome. My service dog was welcomed. They had little buckets for cigarette butts, I'm a smoker so I appreciated that.
