Review 1：No TP or Kleenex in room. I finally had to go to the night clerk and wait for him to go and get me some, after I asked twice. Second day of stay my room key didn't work. When I finally got into my room, it was obvious my room had been entered in my absence, even though I had declined maid service for that day and hung a "do not disturb" sign on my door. This made me feel uneasy. The shower head was quite low, making hair washing quite difficult because I am tall. No written information at all about TV channels, the facilities, etc. Not even a Gideon Bible! Minimal breakfast. No ice in the ice machine -- was told some guest was filling his large plastic bags full and emptying the machine. Tough bounce for the rest of us.
Review 2：For my purposes, the price and location were perfect. Booking.com showed a twin bed; I was quite pleased to find that the room had a queen-sized bed.
Review 3：Not the greatest area,sheets dirty,hallway carpets and room carpets disgusting, I'm not a clean freak by any means,but gross.made my kids wear socks or showers shoes everywhere, the staff tried hard though, just needs some work,if you need to travel cheaply, then ok I guess
Review 4：The place was under renovation (Used to be called Ramada Inn) and did not look like it was prepare to receive guests, Everything in room was dated meaning old. Dresser broken, Carpet dirty, Bathroom door had hole in it. Questionable characters lingering in front of building.

Review 6：The room that we stayed in was not fit for guest! Stains on bedding underside, and bed skirt. Bathroom wallpaper coming off wall. All walls in room were very dirty! Toilet seat didn't even fit the toilet. Carpet was Very Dirty in room! Woke up to a roach on the skin counter!! Trash was completely full, running over, and full open trash bag sitting outside of door! Same door that we had to used to get into our room for the first time. I was told that the facility was undergoing remodeling. That's NO EXCUSE for putting us in a Nasty room! Also room was very noisy we got woke up at 6:00am do to people above stomping around!

Review 12：Our room was so dirty, I guarantee it was not cleaned at all. I found a fast food bag from the previous visitors under our bed and peanuts on the floor. Nothing was updated, everything was fixed with duct tape and just painted over. Will never stay here again. Spend another 40.00 and avoid this hotel!!!!
Review 13：As soon as I arrived my cat disappears, the staff immediately lock doors down and started a search, the cat was under the bed, lol..they really are a great staff, they work together and are very polite. I stayed over a week.also they are remodeling don't let that turn you off because their great attitudes make up for all the remodeling going, also the staff works together well as far as keeping the grounds safe.very nice and comfortable place to stay.
Review 14：Dirty hallways and elevator, walls are all dinged up, bathroom was all cracked tile and shower. Slow reception took 30 min to check in. Not in a good location, homeless tend to hang out in this area

Review 18：A joke! DON'T even think about staying in this dump! The facility is run down and dirty. Most lights in the room did not work, nor did the TV remote. The room phone was also not working, and the room pictures had been removed from the walls, leaving empty soiled wall space. The only working ice machine was on the ground floor. The washer and dryers were out of order and the pool looked nasty! The breakfast room juice machine was also broken and the coffee pot was empty too. The hotel was newly purchased by a new owner, who apparently has no idea how to manage the property, and do the much needed upgrades and heavy duty re-hab this eye sore desperately needs. I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me to! Anywhere but this place!

Review 20：Ice machine on 2nd floor broken, 3rd floor smelled like poopydiapers...by the time we left, the elevator that was slow anyway, wascompletely broken so it was an absolute joy to carry all our luggagedown 3 flights of stairs! Grrrr!
