Review 1：Noisy occupant pacing upstairs. Towels/wash cloths very rough. Could use some repair: paint, chipping, rotting woodwork, worn dingy drapes. A little sprucing up would go a long way.

Review 2：Location. Clean sheets/towels. Plenty of storage/table space. Hot water was adequate, but did come on too hot at times without warning.

Review 3：The rooms are badly in need of remodeling. The showers dripped. Our TV wasn't plugged in and we couldn't even find an outlet that worked. The breakfast was in a very small area. Get there early and you might get some milk for your cereal. Later, well, they will run out and no one will care enough to find some more. Don't worry, though, because you can always have a piece of toast or a tiny muffin. Bring your own fresh fruit.

Review 10：Very good stay for the money. First time to this area, it allowed us to see if we would spend a month during the winter in Lake Havasu. We love it. This motel was in the area we would like,so now it's time to look for a vacation rental.

Review 21：I liked the location of the motel, easy in and easy out. The room was very neat and clean with plenty of usb and electrical outlets. The (2) days I used their Wi-Fi it never disconnected, and the mattress was a pillow top and so so comfortable.

Review 22：We had gotten up a little late and didnt have much time to get out i went to inquire about a late check out and was told they will not do late check out we had 30 minutes to pack up and leave, even if i would pay it was denied.

Review 27：The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in leading me to London Bridge with maps and other suggestions. Other than that I needed sleep and got sleep. I opted not to have breakfast though it was offered. I needed some serious protein for a long day. Wi-fi worked with no password necessary.

Review 28：Serve something besides just carbs for breakfast. The carpets in the room were very dirty, the sidewalks outside the rooms were filthy. The dog area was really not a dog area and they need to provide clean up bags or shovel and rake and garbage cans outside. Cigarette butts everywhere. Provide somewhere for people to throw garbage outside. A heated pool would be nice.

Review 29：The location and pet friendly. Hot tub was nice but needed a safety railing to help get in and out.

Review 30：Booked our room via internet but upon arrival, the office personnel could not comprehend the spelling of our four letter name after six attempts of verbal spelling. We were informed to return then checked again prior to our departure, then claimed the spelling via the system to be spelt incorrectly although he had written it down and listened to our various suggestions of spelling. Then it was like duh. Two days later, our room on the second floor could not be made up during our time away, due to the fact that we had left at 9:45am and the household person was at the end of that same floor and once they pass by, that is it! So we made our beds and then picked up the appropriate linen from the office. As for DO NOT DISTURB sign. Well, the staff personnel certainly does not know what it means as someone tried to open our door but due to the main bar lock across the door to wall, it prevented anyone entering. Scarey or what!

Review 38：Termed a 'complimentary' breakfast on their website, the 'breakfast' was limited to coffee, a few cereals, juice and pre-packaged tiny muffins. A poor substitute--even for a continental breakfast and the couple of tables were simply on one side of the entry/front desk area. Sadly lacking!

You hear every ones foot steps in the rooms next to you. It was hard to get any sleep in that room. I ask to change rooms and was told we don't scuffle rooms . Review 49：Room smelled bad. There was standing water in the bathtub. I was on the second floor and floor tilted noticably. Water in bathtub went to one side of tub. I think the building might be structurally unsound. Refridgerator barely got cold. Requested a wake up call and never got one. Breakfast did not start until 7:00 & I had to leave before then.

Review 54：1. Bed linens were old and yellowed. Bath linens were old and scratchy and what we use to clean with at home. 2. Baseboards were patched very, very poorly. 3. Electrical outlets were old and plugs barely stayed in. 4. Ceiling above the bathtub was cracked and poorly patched. 5. The outside door handle wouldn't open very well without dropping like it was broken. The "key" was a struggle to let us in and when we took it to the front desk, we were told that it happens all of the time and that they are old. 6. It appears from the floor that this room had been flooded throughout the room and not repaired well.

Review 60：I actually can just report good things about the Windsor Inn. However, it could be a little bit cleaner. There was a big brown-red-ish stain on the TV and two pieces of candy wrap on the ground. We didn`t really care about the stain or the little pieces of wrap on the ground but we also found two opened safety pins in our bed.

Review 61：- The location is perfect when you plan to do a lot of things arround the Lake Havasu und in the City - The price per night of arround $55 is really good for a room with two queen size beds -The sea is just 7 minutes - It is a quite place in the night -The "continental breakfast" was good and included coffee, toast jelly Muffins, cereals,etc

Review 68：Boat parking is almost non-existent for anything larger than a 17' boat. Access from the entry parking lot to the exit parking lot is marginal if no one has blocked the route, impossible if some inconsiderate (or ignorant) patron has parked in a manner that blocks the limited access. We opted for street parking of the boat for this stay.
