Review 1：Our room was freezing cold and took 4 hours to warm up, resulting in us leaving the hotel for the time being so we weren't cold. When bringing it up to the staff, they were rude.

Review 5：Our group was a travel youth baseball team playing in a tournament inAppleton, wi. The pool area was clean and a great place for the kids andparents to enjoy the down time. Location was convenient to grocerystores and restaurants. The beds were firm and the room and bathroomwere clean. The size of the fridge was perfect too, considering we hadto keep beverages cold and were able to put leftovers in there as well.I worked with Sandip to arrange the block of rooms and he was veryhelpful and was welcoming to our group! Thanks for a great stay!

Review 9：One of the towel bars in the bathroom was broken and the shower pressure was very low. We tried twice to go to the hot tub, but it was jam-packed both times so we never got to go in. For as big as the hotel is, it could use two hot tubs.

Also, beware some rooms are located within the pool area awesome to walk out of your room into that atmosphere, but not so good if you like to sleep in past 9:30am for kids will be splashing a playing right outside your room. Review 20：I loved the salt water pool and the arbitrarium atmosphere it was in. I also loved the omelette breakfast, at least a $6 value per person included, plus hard boiled eggs, pancakes, cereal, sausage, and much more. Also no need to worry about giving license plates for late guest no pass needed for parking. Definitely book a room here again.

Review 21：Easy access from Hwy#41 to Best Western. I loved the décor of the room. The room was clean and the heater worked for a cold November stay. I travel with my own pillow and left it in the room when I checked out. When I traveled back north I stopped to see if the pillow was still there. The manager and I assume owner very graciously checked and brought my pillow to me. He was professional during the check-in process and also personable and friendly as well. I will definitely stay at this Best Western again. Excellent breakfast option.

Review 22：This is where the list begins.... to start with the gentleman at the front desk greets me with "you look tired". Not a hello, welcome or anything. Then I had wanted to pay cash upon arrival, the charge had been taken out of my account already. There was no soap in the shower, a hole in the sheets, the refrigerator temp control was broken, so everything we had taken for tailgating was frozen. When we got back from the game, no one was at the pool and the tv poolside was blaringly loud. And when we checked out and I told the same "tired" guy nothing was done. I hope a bad review lets people know....if you want customer service. Don't stay here. We won't stay here again.

Review 24：Booked 11 days ahead so I could assure I would have adjoining rooms. They lost my reservations & proceeded to blame ME! As if I couldn't spell my own name.. Or used a different name somehow? I had to show her my receipt several times, as she said I "Booked only one room"; but clearly it showed I had booked 2 with a special request that they be adjoined. She did find it in the wrong folder (?) 30 minutes later- She never acknowledged she had misplaced it or was wrong in any manor; my special request wasn't fulfilled (because one room was not booked, according to this girl... Clearly it had been and they misplaced the booking receipt) The staff had to move other ppl out of their rooms to give me adjoining rooms! O.O My family & I sat & waited in the lobby with our screaming baby & toddler for over an hour while they moved other guests because they didn't see my request. We then saw many other guests having trouble locating their reservations in that time. Again, the front desk girl was speaking broken English & beyond rude! My husband saw the manager, the following day yelling at the "omelet guy" for running out of eggs & not getting more ( omlete guy was telling guest no more omelets rather then fetching more). There was a different "omlete guy" there the next day. Most employees spoke AWFUL English. And the front desk gal was TERRIBLY RUDE to all of us. We'll never stay there again!

Review 26：Bathroom tile grout covered in mold, mold and dirt around base if stool. Beds VERY HARD and uncomfortable. Lot of noise from above us. Hated liquid soap dispensers in bath, could not get much out at a time and would not foam up. We went through Booking.com and it felt like manager criticized us for doing so stated we could have gotten it cheaper going through them, told him we tried and it was at least 20.00 $ more!

Review 29：Got in about 12:00 a.m. after a Packer night game. I hadn't been able to find a closer hotel, but this turned out to be a good location. Not too far away from Green Bay, and close to restaurants. Hotel was quiet, and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was very good.

Review 30：No elevator available. Taking luggage upstairs was a struggle. The long mirror in the bathroom should be moved to the living area room where someone else could use while the bathroom is occupied. Wi-Fi did not work for us. Unable to connect.

Review 60：The pool was nice, the breakfast was good, the room clean other than being a little musty. The musty smell went away after I turned the AC on for a bit. The AC was fairly quiet and the fan stayed on even when not cooling.

Review 61：Room was dingy. Old dark woodwork. Bed hard as a rock. Concerned only 3 cars in lot when I got there, why no one was staying at this particular hotel. Compairison to Super 8 across the street, which is cleaner, more comfortable and less money.

Review 62：I was put in a room that was as far away from the front of the building as was possible. I asked the clerk later if people are put into those rooms because they booked on line and was told when booking online the facility can put you where they like. He did say he could move me if to a room closer to the front if I would like. Was just surprised that with just a dozen cars in the lot that you would put someone in a room like that and leave all the pool side rooms empty.

Too lazy to do dishes or to cheap to pay someone to. Never ever ever again!

I enjoyed it but others said the eggs were not real!!!!! For the most part really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. Thanks!!!!!!

Review 75：When arrived my rate they wanted to charge was $60 higher. The showerand plumbing leaked so bad through the ceiling that we thought ourshower was on. It was a steady stream of water. I advised staff andasked for a discount on room rate due to this issue was advised couldnot do anything and manager would call me. I have still not heard fromhotel manager.

Review 76：The owner did not place our cash payment at time of check-in into thecomputer which showed at check-out that we still had to pay a secondtime, which did not happen!! This delayed our check-out timesubstantially when we were headed into a snowstorm with traveldifficulties. The pool employee the evening we stayed was extremely rudeto people who were in the area at time of closing. He actually took allthe clean towels away from the pool area prior to closing so customershad nothing to dry off with, and he pulled the hot tub cover out andlaid it next to the pool as he was kicking others out of the area. Thisguy needs to go as it was quite apparent that this is just a job, and hedoes not have any customer service attitude. You get better cooperationfrom customers with a little kindness. As a group, we will not stay atthis hotel again. We discussed that in the future, we will pay a littlemore for better service.

Weren't able to use thepool to rate that as there were two parties going on and pool and poolarea was packed.
