Review 1：Room 304, neither the tub or sink drained properly. It made showers difficult, but the second sink worked fine.

Review 2：Good central location, close to restaurants etc. Clean and comfortable.

Review 3：Old everything. I have stayed at this hotel for the last ten years or more. The TV, bedspread, shower and bathtub, furniture, desk and chairs have never changed. The dining room is empty. You should consider some inexpensive amenities like a fresh baked cookie, fruit water and coffee/tea just like Doubletree.

Review 5：Restaurant closed 3 hours early, toilets in rooms did not flush properly, food in bar was really greasy and overcooked lettuce was brown and wilted.

Review 7：I got a call from the front desk saying that the people below us complained there was too much noise. When we had barley been in the room for not even an hour. Hadn't gotten a chance to settle in with my little girl. I was highly upset about that complaint. We weren't even in the room long enough to put her to bed.

Review 8：Keys that are so sensitive, travelled from our room back to the lobby for how many times just to have the key changed. The bathroom is not that clean (discoloration, i think).

Review 25：Smokers on the balcony next door-smoke drifted into our room. There was no shampoo or even hand soap in the room so we had to call the front desk. The breakfast was packed full of carbs and high sugar....not a good selection of yogurt and fruit. the staff in the breakfast room did not show respect for people trying to get their breakfast so they could leave for morning meetings. They stepped in front of people and didn't seem to be able to keep up with keeping the food trays filled...how about having bigger containers so there is less disruption?! the vending machine for soda was not working and so the drinks were hot. Had to search for a front desk person to report the vending machine problem and then they were not willing to help find a cold one to replace the hot one. They replaced on but rather than open a working machine to replace the exact product they made me pick something else.

Review 27：The trains were so close to our room in the back of the hotel and the noise and rumbling was quite disturbing to a sound sleep. The reception on the outdated TV was terrible.

Review 35：The shower head leaked spraying water on the ceiling, TV was ancient, picture was fuzzy with lines running thru it, breakfast was very poor and they charge an additional seven dollars for it. Would be more than happy to pay for a decent meal. The free breakfast at other places is better. Refrigerator was old and the door to the freezer compartment fell off. Entertainment center is way to large for that small of a room.

We voice our concern and the only solution the gal at the desk had was to toss a couple of sets of ear plugs onto the counter. No concern or offer to move us to a quieter room. The hotel had my e-mail address and phone # for a week+ and did not see fit to warn me of the possible noise issue. I spoke to the manager on duty and he did apologize for the rudeness of the desk person and offered to move us to a room a few doors down. Too little too late! they need to train their front desk staff in customer service. We will not be back all because of the rudeness of the check-in person. +

Review 40：The beds are very comfortable. Room was clean with a good air conditioner. Restaurant on property served both Asian and Mexican food with huge portions.

Review 53：Hotel is big and old, restaurant mostly vacant, breakfast expensive. Icebox in my room needed defrosting--door fell off because it was so full of ice. Cleaning staff doesn't do a very good job. Long hallways, hard to find elevator. I heard they have been trying to sell the place but have been unsuccessful.

Review 57：The shuttle. We had so much fun. Our shuttle driver was the sweetest young lady. Very knowledgeable. I've never had that much fun on a shuttle. Christmas carols, laughing. The other passengers were hilarious. Fun times.

Large stains on the carpet and chair, soap holder was caked in old soap, tv didn't work properly, wallpaper was peeling, and comforters had stains as well. Wouldn't have stayed but all the other hotels were full. Front Desk Staff and Housekeeping was very friendly though.

Review 70：We didn't use the pool. It was cloudy and could barely see the bottom. The other issue is that I paid with a credit card, the bill was slipped under my door with the agreed upon charges but later that day I noticed that they had added $40.00 additional to the bill. I called and they said they put an additional $40 dollars, I'm not sure what for and that they would rescind in 3-5 business days. I have never experienced this before and was not told at check in. Now I have to babysit my credit card for this credit. I will not stay again.

Review 71：The mold buildup on the tile grout around the bottom of the tub and on the grout that usually gets more water. Seems like a poor installation. Even the soap dish had mold, and at some point after the water issue was identified, someone had applied silicone caulk in hopes of remedying the situation. Sorry, that will never work to fix a bad install -- and it didn't in this case.

Dried blood stains on sheets no upgrade for anniversary like the Red Lion Portland did for us two years ago, small room, small pool, cleaning staff was horrible they didn't even throw things away?? No military discount (also provided at red lion Portland) until we called and asked booking.com who applied AAA discount instead. 315.00 (actually more than what we paid did the beautiful clean honeymoon suite at red lion Portland for three nights w free breakfast in a great area with a huge pool and club) in a place located in the middle a busy street with just fast food and gas stations. We didn't get free breakfast and no staff offered us or directed us to a list things to do around the area. And we had to ask for our sheets to be changed since apparently they didn't notice dried blood stains???? And we weren't even apologized to??? Poor! Poor! Poor! We are a military couple who have little money and it was wasted here! Thank god we spent every day and most evening in Chelan 50 minutes away bc this place was awful. Should have just camped. So disappointed. And now broke.

Review 81：upon arrival the girl at the front desk, answered 2 phone calls before acknowledging me. Taking her time on the phone. 8 minutes later she asked me if I was checking out. I was on my way to work, late arrival because of this. Attitude not courteous. Attention at the pool would have been nice. The room was not made up, the bed obviously slept in, asked for another room and has told it was sold out , no on a Wednesday. It was not sold out with 180 rooms there. I come to Wenatchee 1 x a week looking for a place to lay my head, this will not be it.

Review 82：Gym is a joke, updates in the bathroom look like a homeowner tried to do them, floor was dirty. It was extremely hot and we were visibly sweating and no one offered a water that was in ice at the front desk. Red lion has gone down hill.
