Review 4：I was not aware that they did not provided any shampoo, etc Considering the price, I thought it could have been provided. The cottages are small and it's ok.

Review 5：The cozy cottage feeling was great. The main building is also very cozy and the food was good.

Review 6：The food at the hotel was ok, but little variety and if you are not on a package it is very expensive. Fortunately the hotel is close enough to the city and there is also a convenience store close ( 500mts) where one can buy basic snacks and drinks for 1/3 of the price.

Review 7：The cozy cabins are comfortable, spacious enough and well equipped. There Is an ample menu of activities to chose from and they are well organized by outside companies who have plenty of experience.

Review 8：Drinks for dinner is for additional fee. For that money we pay for one night, they should be included. I am reffering to soft drinks. There could be more facilities for outdoor activities, something for kids. Hotel could offer sledges for clients free of charge.

Review 10：We booked 4 nights in early Feb for our Xmas holiday, prepaid, non-refundable at £430/night. received an email 2 days before our departure, saying that our originally booked apartment is not available for checking in on 23rd Dec, and we will be moved to a hotel in town, which costs around £120. the other option we were given is to have the whole booking cancelled. It appears that the hotel has a long list of guests that could not check in to the apartment booked like us. we were eventually given a 2 bed room apartment to share with another family of 4 after a fight, but 8 of us sharing one bathroom is not fun. No compensation, not even mentioned, avoid if you can!!! 0/10!!!

Review 14：First night due to some 'emergency situation' we were moved to a large villa, but had to squash 7 people in to that one villa and with one bathroom between 4 adults and 3 children. The dinner and breakfast half board was the same menu everyday, we stayed 6 nights and the food was the same - really monotonous. One night we were charged 3EUR for a jug of tap water. The hotel and restaurant seem to run separately as there was never a consensus on where we should be or how much we should be charged. The hotel is fine for a very short stay or as part of a tour as the tour groups seemed to be treated very well. As solo travelers, we were left behind or felt like an after thought - particularly in the restaurant and our night meals. The food was a massive let down and the only restaurant staff who stood out for us, had only been there a week! Terrible customer service experience. Xmas Eve we were 'told' our table booking was 8pm (with children who are only 5 this wasn't ideal) At 9pm we were told it was last orders for drinks and food as they were closing up! One (1) hour to celebrate our Xmas Eve was really rude. Xmas Day dinner wasn't any better, although it was earlier. This was a real shame for us as we were expecting more of a Xmas experience - in this town - of all towns!

Review 17：The chalet was brilliant. Had everything you could possibly need (including a sauna!) And was really cosy, clean and unique. Breakfast every morning was great. Easy half hour walk into Rovaniemi town.

Review 18：Is a bit out of town so have to taxi everywhere.. Laundry in apartment wld be good. But there is one at main reception to pay to use. No oven made it tricky so a few more cooking pots wld have helped for a family meal.

Review 20：When we arrived we had to wait over 2 hours for our room and even then they could not tell us what our room number was let alone when it would be ready. Others had been waiting over 4 hour. We later heard from tour group operators that this was a common occurrence. And the Owner and Manager were not even on property to assist their staff. Then when we arrived for our 2nd stay at the property (after 2 days at Santa's Village - which we wished we had stayed there the whole time), similar delays were experienced and the room we had booked looked nothing like the pictures on the internet. The beds in the loft weren't full sized beds, didn't even have a mattress and our children could not even stand up in the area without hitting their head. The Manager admitted that the images were misleading but said there was nothing he could do about it. I could not recommend this to anyone. I doubt that you get returning customers.

Review 21：Nothing. We have been travelling for 7 weeks now and this accomodation and the management of the property was the most disappointing of our trip so far. We wished we had stayed elsewhere.

Review 22：Great spot. Easy to get to from airport and not far from Santas village. Great for playing in snow, making snowmen and tobogganing. Clean, comfortable, warm accommodation. Excellent buffet breakfast and bistro menu. Lovely staff.

Igor, the staff at the reception, was so helpful to let us check in immediately, since we had two kids. What a surprise! Millions of thanks, Igor. About the cottage, everything you need is there, kitchen, sauna,etc.If I have a second chance to visit Rovaniemi, this hotel would definitly be my only choice.

The kitchenette was really useful to have as it allowed us to prepare our meals with ingredients bought from the nearby supermarket. Review 81：It's a friendly and warm place to stay with your couple. The beds are very confortable and the sauna works perfectly. The breakfast has a great variety and the cottage is very clean. In summary, our stay was very nice and we are thinking in coming back in the future.

Review 83：The little kitchen was only ok but don't expect to be cooking big meals in your cabin. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, somewhat low quality products and poor variety. We stayed there in the last week of September which means the nights were fairly cold already and the cabin was a bit cold in the evening, that could have easily be solved by turning the heat up in the cabins but sadly that didn't happen and although you had the option to contact the reception in those situations I consider it a poor service not doing it by default, if the nights are cold your guests shouldn't have to tell you to turn the central heating up. Summing it up, poor service for fees being charged.
