Review 1：The hotel smelled musty and smoky even though we were on the non-smoking floor There also seemed to be a band practising in the motel building until the early hours

Review 7：Rear staircase was scary and possibly dangerous with luggage. I didn't like the lack of a refrigerator and lack of microwave in the room. So yes, imagine lugging a cooler up a long flight of rusty metal stairs. The TV was old and small. They really need to throw those old CRTs and get some flat panels for this decade.
Review 8：If you get off the arterial/ 790 at the correct exit (South Genesee street), you are driving straight to the hotel, so you can't miss it. The staff were very courteous, polite, and friendly. It seemed to be well secured and well monitored. The AC unit was working and adjustable, but possibly underpowered for the size of the room (it was an 800 watt input unit, approximately) The bathrooms and room in general look recently remodeled and very nice.

Review 13：We were nervous about parking our car in the dark behind the building. We brought our bikes into the room since we were worried about the safety of leaving them unattended in the dark, unsupervised part of the parking lot. The rooms were not sound-free. We could hear voices.

Review 18：Free breakfast consisted if English muffins or toast. Your booking.com site says checkout is between 11am and noon. We were told at 10:45 that checkout was at 11am and if we wanted to stay, it would cost another $10. No soda or snack machine just an ice machine. No hair dryer in room.

Review 20：Asked for an extra towel the next day and it was there. Got a nice map of the city, no problem. Good delivery from a local restaurant right to the room. Good price for room and food delivery. Easy location to downtown. A good trip! I will be back.
Review 21：The only things I found lacking were the lighting especially in the bathroom, the bathroom was clean but the tub surface was chipped but repaired. Might be an issue if traveling with children

Review 43：I made a reservation for a queen bed for two people, with a refrigerator. We ended up in a king bed, with no refrigerator, and I had to pay an extra $5 for my partner. But it was worth it overall.
Review 44：The Inn was in the process of being remodeled, and the newly redecorated very nicely. The new mattress was nice and firm, and the newly redone bathrooms were very nice. The staff was friendly and asked us each day if there was anything we needed. My only suggestions would be to add bagels and juice to the toast and muffin breakfast, and to install a pop machine. We had a very nice stay for the money.

Review 122：The motel is on the "outskirts" of town and is clearly from the 1960s and has not been "updated." But for the frugal traveler, it was half the price of several motels within walking distance. I was only there to sleep and shower, so I appreciated the value. The couple who run the motel were very nice, and called me when I didn't check in at the time I had expected. I had personal business that took me quite a while, and both the husband and wife called to make sure I knew how to get to the motel. I really appreciated there solicitousness. The "breakfast" is a single coffee maker and packaged donuts and pound cake. But as I said, I am not a traveler who needs unnecessary "perks," and there are other restaurants within walking or driving distance. In this age of high priced corporate motel/hotel chains, this "mom/pop" little place stuck in a time warp was fine with me, and I would recommend it on that basis.
Review 123：Breakfast was minimal at best. And it was not the fault of the hotel that someone coming off the highway crashed into the parking lot at 5AM taking out 5 cars. Luckily ours was not among them.

When I got into my room 107 the faucet inthe bathroom was loose and in general ths room needed some painting. Iknow you get what you pay for but for $66.00 a night I was notimpressed! Review 128：Location and price. If you just need a place to sleep for the night this is fine. Don't expect anymore. And it really is just toast and coffee! Denny's is just down the street. I checked in with my 3 yr old grandson. The room originally offered was upstairs but the lady at the counter gave me one downstairs instead so it would be easier for me. Greatly appreciated that!
