Review 1：Theparking area was a skating rink. The microwave was broken, I wasn't told about a breakfast. The entry door sill was broken down which caused me to trip. The management was unfriendly and unhelpful. To top it off the wakeup call came 2 hrs early. Need more reasons to avoid this place. They charged $10 for my companion dog. Enter at your own risk.

Review 3：The housekeeper kept waking my sister up who had just gotten out of the hospital instead of waiting until we had checked out of our room to start cleaning it.

Review 4：I read reviews before I booked this hotel. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was, clean and quiet. Yes, it might be a little dated, but I slept in three different rooms while my sister was in the hospital and each room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Review 5：Furnishings were dingy - lampshade was cracked and peeling, curtains had what looked like cigarette burned homes in them, tub was clean but stained and old, bed linens were a little grungy. I requested an extra pillow that was not in the room. The worst thing was that there was a loud banging noise every 7-10 minutes. After not being able to fall asleep for hours we figured out it was coming from the refrigerator. Finally I turned the fridge off and the noise stopped. When I complained to the staff the next morning, they said they could not reduce my rate or refund me because I had booked through Booking.com. Not worth the cheap rate - a terrible overall experience that resulted in an uncomfortable sleepless night.

Review 7：This particular room. Was not quiet...refrigerator and heater kept clunking on and off, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the room never got warm enough.

Review 9：No remote control for 6 day stay (they said they didn't have one that worked with the TV...so get one?), no coffeemaker in unit as shown in photos - had to buy instant coffee and boil water in the single poor quality pot given, which did not even have an insulated handle (had to use a towel to hold it). Bare minimum of dishes and had to use a wash cloth to wash dishes. Could hear everything in upstairs apartment and it sounded like we had elephants crashing furniture around above us half the time. Asked at reception about checking out at 6am and was assured someone would be there at 5:30am, but absolutely no one was there at 6:15am.

Review 11：Requested a handicapped or at least a first floor room. We got a first floor room but their were narrow steps going down to the room. My wife had a hard time getting down them in a walker.

Review 13：It was a very confortable studio. It had everything for a good stay. The kitchenette is very useful. Well located, next to a mall with big supermarket. Well communicated and quiet. The lady at the front desk was very nice and generous to cancel part of our reservation even though she was not obliged to do it.

Review 15：I liked it's location on major travel artery and next to interesting ephemeral wash, good for dog walk. Also close to quick food restaurants, groceries and pharmacy.

Review 16：The Dish washer in our room was Out of Order upon arrival. (Never did get fixed) The Microwave went on the blink. The cleaning staff didn't really know English. They didn't keep us supplied with towels and wash cloths, without asking... And the only breakfast they had was not gluten -free friendly.

Review 19：Someone upstairs who could not sit still for longer than a minute. He/she must have been tall or something because I could hear them moving around the whole evening. But that's what earplugs are for.

Review 21：Our toilet blocked on our last evening there and the next morning we couldn't use it so I asked if they could let us use another toilet on the premises. They were most unhelpful and told me to go to the local supermarket and use their toilet. Poor customer service.

Review 22：Interior: Carpet dirty and torn, room not dusted, poor mattress, garbage disposal did not work, small shower & tub. Exterior: Walks, stairs, stair wells, trash cans, and landscaped areas all unkempt and trash and dog waste in several locations. Parking: Enough spaces but very tight.

The couch was gouged out by an animal - even though I booked a non pet suite. The blankets were dirty. The room smelled of smoke - even though I specified non smoking. The road noise was terrible. The whole place felt dirty and unkempt. I would not rate this place and it's too expensive for what I got.

Tucked away in the corner of a shopping center, so traffic noise is minimal, and a grocery store, restaurants, etc. are within easy walking distance. Just a few minutes away from the Railyard district and farmers market, and still just a brief drive from all the downtown/plaza attractions.

Great decoration superrustic wood colon art , towels and bed sheets really clean . Greatbreakfast options ,good healthy cereals,skim and 2% , coffee teas, bakegoods (no quite healthy ) bagels, English muffins,Frenchtoar,butter,peanut butter, mermelade orange and cramberry juice fruitetc.. Review 114：They had a homey feel to them. They were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also they were quiet and off the main streets but it was very easy to access the main roads and get anywhere you wanted to go.

Review 115：The carpets were gross, stained, and filthy. They tried to charge us more than the booking price and put us in an room for pets as punishment when we insisted on their honoring the original booking price. The beds were not the best and the pillows were pretty worn.
