Review 1：They seemingly tried to get us into a smaller room then I reserved. They finally gave us the room I payed for and had the nerve to tell us they would not charge us extra. Only one staff member was respectful of us.

Review 4：I really enjoyed staying in the jr. Suite. I liked the lake view and enjoyed the fact that the kitchenette had all the pots, pans, plates and silverware!
Review 5：Need earlier check-in. Unable to check-in early so came back at 6:30pm and the one staff member was on lunch. So we could not check in our room after being on the lake all day.

Review 11：It was close enough to everything- the junior suite was just the right size for my husband and me. Even though the furnishings were a little out-dated they were still comfortable. The kitchenette was stocked with top of the line small appliances, pots & pans, cooking knives. We felt we were home away from home! The only bad feature for me were the steps. I have some health issues and the steps were a little hard to climb, however that's my issue and I still got around and had a truly long and relaxing weekend! And as mentioned above "We'll Be Back"
Review 12：This place is very clean and very quiet. Rooms are well kept and updated. Amenities are cool with the pool and the spa and the BBQ island and the laundry room. Good place to relax with family .
Review 13：Not friendly staff, I found hair all over my sheets for the sofa bed, there was nobody to give me new sheets after "office hours", the poor security guy had to go to a couple of free rooms to find fresh sheets for us. The next day, receptionist did not even apologize for the hairy sheets! It was far from the lake, if you have a car its ok though. no walking distance. the internet was sooooooo slow not even good for facebook ! nowhere to eat inside the resort. You would have to drive for everything. Plus it was expensive for al this !

Next time, I'll pay for WiFi in hopes of having a better internet connection Also, some of the fixtures were outdated and mismatched with the newer, modern fixtures. It obviously didn't affect the functionality of the room, but it would have been more aesthetically pleasing if it were more uniform.
Review 24：I stayed in a Junior Suite that was very cozy. It is a small room, but the perfect for one or two people. I felt comfortable and the room had everything I need (and more). I will definitely stay here again!
Review 25：My only complaint was the morning/ afternoon staff completelyinsulted my wife. Very unwilling to go above and beyond. She locked herkey/ purse in the room. When she requested a key they were veryrude!!!! Acted ignorant and treated her like dirt. Just totallyinappropriate for them to treat her that way. They were very snoody andnot very friendly when she requested a key.

Review 27：We have nothing bad to say about Havasu Dunes Resort. It was a great location. We were away from the major highway and had a great view of the lake. The beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for four people. We will stay here again!
Review 28：Full kitchen in the 2 bedroom apartment was fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, cooking tools. Extra towels and bedding neatly folded and ready for use. Everything was super clean and fresh and new-looking. The wifi was free.

Review 31：The apartment we were given didn't have hot water, and we had to move. The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was not functioning.
Review 32：Clean apartment, updated furnishings, nice kitchen. Good customer service, especially from our front desk person, Darren. We had to move to another apartment shortly after arrival because of no hot water, and Darren offered to place us in a new one, and even helped move our belongings.
Review 33：While the bathroom was nice the vanity was too small..and the place is definitely dated (very clean though). I did not realize that the housekeeping was not daily...so a little disappointed but not a big deal...just was not aware...no extra coffee packets so I had to drink decaf on the Sunday. Again not a big deal just a little disappointing. The internet was sporatic...ended up using data on phone for a lot of stuff.
Review 34：The unit was well equipped and comfortable. It was clean with a nice bathroom too...good shower. I loved the assigned parking which was convenient. I did not think about this being a time share so my expectations were a little off. So, a pleasant surprise in some areas...a little off in others...most importantly the daily housekeeping not being available.

Nobody's fault, it is what it is and Havasu has grown a lot since my last visit over 10 yrs ago. Next time I will just ask for a quieter location near the pool. Luckily the bedroom is in the back of the suite so noise wasn't an issue at bedtime.

Review 98：The resort is very near the highway and the room we were given was very noisy. We had to pay extra to upgrade to a room away from the noise of the traffic. Outside the city so a car is a must.

Make sure you ask set something you want, and once again, I should have been more thorough as I have stayed there before.
Review 107：I like that it's not a super loud place like most by the water at Lake Havasu. Like the bedroom being separate. Friendly staff. Nice pools and jacuzzis. Near shopping/London Bridge.
Review 108：Many of the rooms face the afternoon sun and the doorknob was too hot to touch when entering the front door! The air conditioning was quite noisy when it came on overnight.
