Review 1：I felt quite unsafe arriving here at night. The rooms have minimal insulation so everything the man on the floor above me did, I could hear plain as day. This kept me awake even while using ear plugs and a white noise machine.

Review 5：They do not allow young people under 21 to stay there without and adult. So I had trouble to check in until I found someone to stay with me with an ID over 21! So I'm 20 and could not stay there by myself.

Review 16：The manager eas extremely rude. The first half hour i was in the lobby 3 customers came to complain. The manager was very rude with them. When i went to check in....i was told they couldn't rent to me because i had too many bags. They had watched me pull up and seen the bags. I told the lady up front that i had a reservation but to hold on because i had a problen with my debit card company. They watched for an hour and a half while i fought to fix the error on my card. I then paid for it online. When i went to he front desk....they said they couldn't let me stay there because i had too many bags. The booking took all my money so i had nowhere to stay and no way to pay for another taxi. I was told to leave the property or he would call the police. It took me an hour to get all my stuff to another parking lot. Mind you, i had 3 suitcases....one was big the other two small...and one large duffel bag, and a smaller bag. I sat in the parking lot for 10 hours waiting for a ride. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there. I had stayed there many times before and never had a problem. The manager there now is rude and inconsiderate. He doesn't know how to run a business and knows nothing about customer service. Needless to say i will never rent there and i will make sure to file a complaint with the BBB. I don't want to sound racist, but people who are raised to be cruel to women, should never be allowed to run a business. Out of the three ppl who complained that day two were women. He was nice to the man and very rude and cruel to th women.

Review 31：The office staff and manager were very friendly. At night it was very quiet. I had downstairs room in front. RM311. Comfortable queen bed. Security did a good job at night walking the grounds. Laundryroom was safe at night washer and dryer were very good. Like any hotel now that economy is bad you have decent short/longterm people there and grifters. Very few grifters at this hotel but use common sense never stay in the back of any hotel if u want quiet at night or question safety and don't talk to strangers at hotels.

Fire alarm for the entire complex was malfunctioning and going off for the few days of our stay.

I though I would have clean sheets, but they reeked like they were cleaned with cigarette ashes. I live with a smoker, so I am not incredibly sensitive to the smell, but it was just so overpowering in the room it made me sick. Walls were so thin that I heard the extremely loud guests in the next room as though I were there with them. I had to pay for internet access that was so bad I could not even do a google search without the browser losing connection, freezing, getting hung up, or not responding. The free WiFi at Denny's was more reliable.
