Review 1：We stayed here for New Years Eve. We had such a great time! Check in was easy. We reserved the New Years Eve buffet which was excellent. We even got complimentary admission in to the lounge to celebrate the ball drop. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. No complaints here!

Review 14：transportation awful, staff uninformed of their neighbourhood and what is in the area , they recommend the taxi cabs from the hotel that charges $25.00 for a trip to walmart that only cost $10.00 on a cab from the gateway.They tell us no buses run past the hotel yet there is a bus number 58 that actually comes on the compound and picks up the staff and anyone that needs it for only $4.00 They say the walmart is 25 minutes away but it took us 10 minutes max in the cab . They have sufficient restaurants but all except one closes at 10pm and the one that closes at 10pm is the most expensive $25.00 per person and its buffet style , a cafe that is open all day long but only fried and unhealthy foods, our conference went on until 10pm we asked if even one restaurant could be open even until 11pm but they said nothing could be done. We start the evening sessions at 6pm so its a long time from to have dinner at 5pm and be ready by 6pm for the session so most people dont eat until after the night session. We asked about having the gym open until after 10pm that again they did not even try to negotiate , overall none from my group would return to this facility

Review 67：During our stay the hotel alarm went off at 10.30pm. I think the alarm was fals. At least I hope. In case a fire would happen and the hotel staff would respond at they did in this occassion, it would result in a drama. Why ? 1. In some rooms the alarm could hardly be heard 2. At the emergency exits no staff was available at all 3. Guests were not notified at all they could go back to their rooms.

Review 99：The only two complaints that I have are the cleanliness. Nothing major.Our bed sheets had stains on them.. Almost like it looked like someonepreviously dropped food on them or something.You could tell that theyhad been ran thru the washer and dryer but that the stains didn't goaway. That's nothing major to me.. Which is why I didn't reportit during my visit. Also, there was a purple sticky substance, wineperhaps, that was on one of our walls. Again, I did not complain aboutthis.. It was just something that I noticed.

I enjoyed how the staffgenuinely made you feel like they wanted you to be at their facility.The New Year's celebration in the lobby put the icing on the cake.They had great music and I very much enjoyed the dance floor. I am verymuch looking forward to visiting Rosen Shingle Creek again.

Review 101：-Universal studios shuttle was unprofessional, picked up extra people atthe park who did not belong on the Stop list just to make $$ instead ofdriving us on time- Disney shuttle recommended by Concierge (via Mears) completely unreliable. They never showed up to pick us up after over an hour of waiting. - Spa was definitely not 5 star worthy, it was more like 2.5 star. No wonder they had a sale on their services for 50% off. Very unorganized and poor services received.

Theview was pretty, the pools seemed peaceful, but once down by the pool,you could hear noise (airport, traffic, planted white noise?). My selection wasbased on internet ability to access and booking.com brought me here.However when I arrived, my booking hadn't reached the desk yet. Whilestaff was courteous to me, they were attempting to help a guest who hada handicapped person with her. The staff person was young and wasanswering as if the person was being unreasonable and "it's not thatfar". Well, it's not that far unless you are disabled and have troublewalking. Some people just don't get it. The staff person had noappreciation or understanding of what this person was going through.Sad, but happens so often until you have to deal with it personally,then you suddenly get it.
