Review 1：The wifi is free, but the signal is not very strong so you might not be able to use the nice desk that is the room to work.

Review 2：The location is great, right in the hear of the city. There is free parking and free internet. The night shift mam at the reception was really friendly and helped a lot and gave me good tips where to find food and a banking machine to get some cash because they don't take cards.

Review 5：Located at walking distance from the busstation and very close to the central square of Banská Bystrica. In the pension there’s no restaurant but you can book for a breakfast in a restaurant 200 meters further towards the city center. That breakfast is good and inexpensive but the cup of coffee is too small and for a second one you have to pay extra, 45 % of the price of the breakfast :) One consolation is that the food is good and sufficient. Room and bathroom in the pension were clean and well kept. The youngest man of the staff speaks English. The others speak German. Good value for a small price.

Review 8：The only deficiency was the bed. I have not slept in more uncomfortable bed. Breakfast is not served in the facility, but in a restaurant nearby (perhaps over contract) - the quality was poor (hard bread, incomplete side dish, etc.). Was not worth the money.

Review 9：The location of facility could not be better. It was located directly in the city centre, literally few steps from main square and SNU Memorial. The railway station "Banska Bystrica - mesto" is located within walking distance.

Review 11：Everything! Wonderful place to stay. The father and son, Stefan and Stefan are great. They are extremely helpful. The room was super large and extremely clean. Will stay there again!

Review 58：The welcome is not particularly warm, there is no hot water kettle in the room (available on request) or mugs or spoons. There is no breakfast in Penzión Grand so you are stuck going over to Hotel Kuria anyway. House rules suggest you are in a prison but fortunately the bark is worse than the bite (exceptions are allowed for most of them).
