Review 1：IT WAS VERY NOISY ALL NIGHT. WHEN THE UPDATING WAS DONE YOU SHOULD HAVE SOUND PROOFED THE WALLS. ANY PRICE IS TOO HIGH TO PAY IF YOU CAN'T GET ANY SLEEP!! ALSO, EVERY SOUND FROM OUTSIDE CAN BE HEARD. SOME WOMAN WAS POUNDING ON THE DOOR TO THE RO0M NEXT TO US TRYING TO GET THEM TO OPEN THE DOOR AT ABOUT 3 IN THE AM.

Review 8：The free wifi they advertise did not work from the room. My daughter had to take an online exam for school and had to sit in the very sparse lobby at night to do this. The wifi went out half way through and she didn't get to complete the exam. There was also lots of black mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Review 36：We had a Superior King room for 5 nights while visiting family over the holidays, and we were thrilled with the quality of the room for the price we paid for it. This motel is so much nicer and more modern than other Red Roof Inns we stayed at elsewhere on this trip. We will never stay anywhere else when we are in the Utica area.

Review 37：We found that the housekeeping staff was a little unprofessional. They were talking loudly across buildings and the parking lot about wanting to go home to engage in particular behaviors that we didn't need to hear about. I also found it strange that this place is proud to be smoke free but the desk attendant was out smoking and walking between buildings, near laundry facilities, and stairwell entrances. He was not utilizing a designated smoking area.

Review 38：The cleanliness of the rooms and the location of the motel were great! We found this to be a convenient place to stay for a concert at the Utica Auditorium. It is highly recommended if you're looking for a budget friendly stay and can do without extra frills. Front desk staff was friendly and professional for the most part.

Review 40：Small room, very efficient. Pillows were very good. Bed comfortable. The AC stayed at a constant level (temperature and noise) rather that cycling on and off night long. I slept very well.

Review 41：You have to sign a policy that states no smoking in non smoking room or you will be charged $200. We were given room 236 as soon as we walked in it reaked of cigarette smoke so bad it was absorbed into the walls. We requested a new room and staff was accommodating.

Review 47：One has to drive through an unattractive several yards between the street and the motel proper, but it's not a big deal. The inn isn't a resort, but it is kept in very good condition. No breakfast, but we're used to that and would prefer to save $ on the room rather than pay a higher rate that included breakfast.

Review 48：For a motel probably used by people headed to other destinations via I-90, this was a surprisingly good place, with no unpleasantness. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and updated. The shower had plenty of power and hot water, and the tub drained quickly. Despite being close to I-90, we experienced no distracting night noise. The walks were being power washed as we left, but they hadn't been noticeably dirty before. All was in excellent shape.

Review 49：Super convenient to the highway (I90), but you didn't hear the highway noise. Pet friendly (although we didn't have our dogs with us, it was nice to pet other peoples' dogs). Rooms clean. Water pressure good. Enough plugs for chargers for phones, tablets, etc (for 2 people!). Friendly staff, food nearby. All-in-all I'd stay here again.
