Review 1：Probably not the hotel's problem (booking.com's problem), but they didnt reserve a room for me. Atleast Security was not made aware that I was coming.. and I arrived at 23:00. The aircon outside my room was very loud throughout the first night.
Review 2：The hotel is in a great area, and the staff were ok, though checking in was a great pain because I arrived late (23:00) and hotel security was not made aware of my arrival.
Review 3：The room had no kettle in, only one up cup to make coffee for two. No space to hang or unpack your clothes. Then we had to put the mattress on the floor as the bed frame was dangerously hanging onto only two worn out screws. At the poolside that was across from our room the staff dumped a broken double bed frame. Really not a good image to look at.

Review 5：I do not appreciate the owners Religion being forced on any visitors especially when we were not informed on the site that the kitchen is strictly Halal.If we had known that we would not have booked at this establishment. I was forced to change my room thanks to an uncomfortable bed and then put into a room with a toilet that could not flush,i had to use a bucket of water as i was not prepared to move again. The kitchen staff were pathetic.

Review 9：Like most guest houses, sleeping and waking hours are often governed by other guests. My room was not particularly sound proofed. The geyser or water system which was obviously shared with another room was very noisy. An outside breakfast area would be a welcome addition.

Review 11：Reception staff did not revive me like I would expect from a 3star place The Bathroom missed some towel rails and some of the tiles where chipped. The Reception Staff or management did not inform the Kitchen that I am having breakfast and the result was they did not prepare any for me, but the Kitchen staff did make me a good breakfast after the reception admitted there mistake.
