Review 1：Elevator was down for maintenance during our stay, so had to take the stairs to and from the 2nd floor; a minor inconvenience.

Review 2：Friendly, Staff, Rooms were very clean and comfortable, location was near many shopping malls and convenience stores. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

Review 3：Elevator broke down while I was about to check out bringing my luggage down! A nice worker helped me carry a bag down.

Review 6：The room was only 8 feet high and 8 feet wide and there were no separate sink for the kitchenette. So, shave, brush your teeth, wash your apple at the same hole like in a Vietnamese hut. The best part was leaving the stinking facility as early as possible

Review 13：The Buildings were under construction which was kind of an eye-sore, I didn't bother going to the breakfast in the mornings due to the fact that the breakfast area was in the main lobby of the main building and I was at the farthest building. So I just had coffee in the room. Not a big deal though.

Review 14：I liked the location, cleanliness, Staff, Comfortable room, swimming pool. As far as comfort and amenities are concerned I was very happy. There are quite a few nice restaurants in the close walking distance. Highway just around the corner. Basically good experience overall.

Review 69：We stayed in May and I wanted to swim in the pool because it was at least 75 - 80 degrees outside. So I jumped in, but the water was very cold and the pool had some dirt and leaves in it. If they cleaned and heated the pool, it would have been much more pleasant!

Review 70：I like the free breakfast which included a lot of foods, like egg and cheese burritos, sausage or bacon, yogurt, cereal, and juice, to name a few. Also, this motel is walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I think she could save a lot for best western but she lose customer's satisfaction! But on the other day, a taller and older waitress wearing glasses performed much more friendly!

Review 98：This location had carpet cleaning performed and the carpet/room had a horrible smell. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said it was probably from the carpet being cleaned. The room was in a nice location, however the other rooms, I could hear the doors slamming all night long.
