Review 1：Helpfulness of the breakfast staff. Garden room was full, they took us to the bar for a table. Excellent service and thoughtfulness especially since they were very busy themselves.

Review 2：The staff was the best we've ever had and we have traveled world wide! The drivers were fantastic!!!! The food was delicious! The hotel is beautiful. We attended our nephew's wedding - Milani and everything was perfect!! Thank you for VERY fond memories!!

Review 3：Stayed there 8 now nights, the piped music drove us insane. Every area of the hotel - can't escape it unless your in your room. Most annoying at the pool when you want to relax! Breakfast - was the same every day, some variation would have been nice.

Review 10：I can`t say any one thing that I liked. I liked everything from the moment we walked in till the last moment we said "good bye"! It was clean, comfortable and friendly! We enjoyed the breakfast, and none of us would ever get up for breakfast! The grits are Fabulous!!!

Review 11：The breakfast food was good, but very repetitive. Even my 17 y/o niece complained that 'its the exact same every day'. Variety would be nice: pancakes, french toast, etc. also it was incredibly expensive. I have stayed in lovely hotels in cities around the world for less money.

Review 12：The rooms were very comfortable with a window which opened, a luxurious bathroom. Lobby was elegant.

Review 13：No Gift of the Magi in our room and one could not be found. We had counted on reading it together. No dairy free alternatives for coffee. One carton of So Delicious creamer would have made my day.

Review 15：The remote for the TV did not work. However, a call to the front desk sent a new remote up to our room. The problem was immediately resolved.

Review 16：Every staff member was friendly and courteous. Service was immediate. Our room had all the little amenities from q-tips in the dressing area to a multitude of pillows. The hotel looked beautiful with seasonal decorations in a lovely quiet atmosphere. We had the best cup of coffee ever with breakfast!

Review 18：The feel of the place - a new hotel with older hotel feel. The Green Valley Grill and the breakfast never disappoint. The staff is warm and helpful.

Review 19：Though I was present for business, I found the location and the hotel itself, the perfect place to "hide away". The day or evening when the world seems crazy.....budget permitting , hop a plane to GSO, or RDU and drive to GSO. Check in...relax and enjoy.
