Review 1：Felt the room was overpriced based on the quality of the room. Not a bad room per se, just not what I'm used to getting for the price.

Review 2：Convenient to airport, convention center, shopping and restaurants. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Review 4：Friendly staff. The hotel has a small grocery store and a Starbuck branch. The room was clean and in a good shape. The smell of the hotel was very nice.

Review 5：We went to the room and the keys did not work The alarm went off and after a 1/2 hour we had to call and make sure we did not need to leave the hotel our last day housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30 asking if we were leaving then again at 10:15 and then she stood by the door waiting for us to leave. The beds are to small for more than one person. Also only one was cloth and no bags for laundry and no cups

Review 7：The server at the pool bar on January 1, young man, offer terrible service. Was just serving the tables around the bar was not walking around offering drinks or menus, the costumes were trying to get his attention to order.

Review 13：The only negative was the lack of promptness in our service at the hotel bar "Jack's". We ordered our meals and waited about 30 minutes for our food. Once we were done, we waited about 10-15 minutes before going to the bar to ask for our bill so we could pay. Our waitress did not seem interested in helping us promptly.

Review 14：Upon arriving to our room the door was propped open with the nightlatch. A little unusual. Called front desk and they explained the roomsare left that way after cleaning for inspections to be done - apparentlyours and room next door was not inspected that day. It was a littleunnerving to get to our room and the door be open (with all thecraziness in the world today). Plus with door being open all day theroom temperature was miserable and took several hours to cool down. Thetv remote was not the correct remote for the tv in the room.

Review 16：The room was outdated, needs major renovation and the pillows were extremely soft! I could not sleep at all! When I reported my sleepless night to the Customer Service agent, she act as if my concern was not important!

Review 18：Last day spoilt by the ridiculous pool party which is so out of character for this hotel. Security everywhere, too noisy, intimidating. Whoever had the idea to do this should be fired.

Review 26：Location. It's perfectly located across the street from Pointe Orlando restaurants and the convention center so that you don't need a rental car to stay at this property. Grab a shuttle or taxi to/from the airport and you're good to go if you're attending a convention. It's less expensive than the hotel connected to the convention center so it's a good value relatively speaking.

Review 27：The lobby. It felt like you were in Grand Central Station. The noise level was really bad not only in the lobby but at the pool. There was no supervision of the young screaming teenagers in the pool area. There should be a staff member there to keep control. A little bit of noise is bearable but not constant screaming.

Review 28：The location was good for us with plenty of choice in restaurants and the bus opposite out to the Outlets is convenient. Penelope at the Desk was particularly helpful to us.

Review 29：1. Valet stopped me from parking in front to check in. Told me I had to go park my car first. When I tried to park, the attendants asked my room number. No check in = no room = no room number. What a inconsiderate waste of time. 2. Upon arrival there was a breakfast menu in the room. Never saw another. You missed two breakfast opportunities.

Review 66：It's further from Disney than we thought, and so any savings in hotel price was lost in paying for transport. The hotel didn't have free transportation to the Disney parks. And no public bus; we originally had been hoping not have to rent a car in order to save money. In the end we realized that taking a taxi to Disney and back costs about the same as daily car rental; so we took the taxi because we didn't need to go anywhere else.

Review 67：very nice price for family of four; good basic quality hotel; and there are several nice dining opportunities on the premises, as well as a small food store and other basic necessities, and some shops. So you don't really need to leave the hotel to eat or shop for basic needs.

Review 69：We use this hotel as a stopover at each end of our annual trip to Florida. It is ideal the location close to a great choice of restaurant suits a traveller. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable and the price excellent. We are thinking of staying longer next time.

Review 75：The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the food at the restaurant was pretty good too. It's about a 10 minute walk to the convention center, if you're there on business, or you could just use the i-Ride Trolley, which has a stop right outside the hotel.

Review 76：I didn't like that the black out curtains were too short and stillallowed light from outside to shine in, there wasn't a mini fridgein my room to store my leftovers, and that starbucks wasn't open inthe afternoon.

I liked thatmy room had a coffee pot and one of those super magnifying mirrors inthe bathroom. I really liked that I could eat breakfast for under $10each day at the lite bites cafe/convenience store. The eggs withcheese, bacon and fruit were the best combo and paired with mystarbuck's coffee...mmmm. =)
