Review 1：First off, When I booked the room it didn't say credit card required. I went in for my reservation and the front desk employee told me I needed a credit card to check in. I told him I didn't have one, I did however have a cash deposit on hand. Rich, the front desk reception, proceeded to tell me that he can't accept cash for the deposit. He suggested that I borrow someone else's card. I told him I don't have anyone to do that. He then said "I'll just go ahead and cancel the reservation". I was upset because on the direct hotel site it says nothing about "credit card required upon check in" nor is it listed on the booking.com site either. Rich was aware of this as well and told me he had previous problems before. I ended up putting money on my account just to get my room. The other thing that I really didn't like was the room he had given me. The door safety lock was broken off, the carpet had holes in it, the towel track in the bathroom was all rusted and lastly the refrigerator had someone else's drinks and food left inside. My overall experience was negative.

Review 5：We got locked in our room the very first night and they did not even offer us an extra day for free. The cleaning lady walked in on me while i was using the bathroom and the following day when the cleaning man came and knocked we told him to come back later and he still walked in on us while we were in bed.The temperature in the room was set at 77 and it was still was cold in the room we had to go get a little heater. There is no breakfast offered.

Review 20：My first room up stairs the AC. did not work had to call the front desk and relocate to a downstairs unit. The front door would not close on that unit unless you slammed it, I'm sure the people like that extra noise.

Review 22：This was the worst Inn I've ever stayed. The room was so dirty. When we checked in, they claimed it was just cleaned. We didn't get chance to check bedding early. When we got back in the late evening, we were shocked the bedding had a lot of hairs. When I called front desk to request changing, the person was not happy. I would rate it 1 instead of 2.5!!!

Review 23：Was not very clean. Bed always looked like sheets were just pulled up not made.carpet dirty and unfortunately tree branch broke and fell on car!

Review 25：It wasn't great and it wasn't terrible. It was okay. A little discouraging that there was police action when we pulled in. Someone's van had gotten broken into in the parking lot. And there was no remote control for the television (first world problem, I know).

Review 26：It was convenient since we live in town. We had to spend a night out of the house because we had to turn the water off.

Review 27：When we arrived, the gentleman checking us in spoke too fast and explained how to get to our room in the most complicated way sending us was around the back of the complex instead of just across the coutyard. In the morning, getting out of bed the sheets pulled off the matress to expose vomit that had been on the bed for who knows how long, unexceptable and disgusting. Would never recommend this place again.

Review 29：The property was poorly kept with little attention made to elevator and surrounding area. The door to our room had a large space under that we had to shove a towel into at night. The towels were very poor quality.

I have stayed in others hotels at the same or least cost per night and the rooms were still very clean. Just to be clear, I am not referring to the size of the room just the cleanliness or the lack there of.

Review 45：The clientele is essentially blue collar and not necessarily respective of the privacy of others. The facilities, while generally clean, are not clean everywhere. My bathroom could have used a good mopping and the elevator floor was trashy.

Review 61：A truck was buzzing all the night under the room window. I asked the manager on duty to find the owner but it did not happened.I also asked another room at the other wing of the hotel, did not happened. Hardly slept anything.

Review 63：I liked the location. the inside room for me and high location allowed me to sleep good. A McDonalds and a small mall made it easy to get food.

Review 64：When we got in our room it wasn't clean the room had trash in the can. And the bathtub and carpet was dirty. The top comforter had stains. I'll call downstairs to the front desk someone answered the phone,I told the person that our room was not clea. the person then said no the room has been cleaned.then I said no the tub is dirty and there's trash in the trashcan and I don't think anyone clean this room. He then told me to hold.he then apologized and said do you want me to send someone up said no I'm here to relax. Then offered me a different room.I went all the way downstairs to the front desk to get the key for the new room from the manager. When I swept the keycard and got up into the room there was two guys in the room Watchen tv. They said sorry we are cleaning this room. the manager then give us a different and offer to give me 50% off if I stayed another night. So the next day we go up went about our day. I talked to manager about staying another. Before we leave called asked for clean service, the cleaning woman never come to my room. I had to take out my trash from my room. The next morning as I was coming out of the shower, I seen cockroach walking on my bathroom flood. I hope they can get the cleaning standard but up. Also the cleaning person run all morning till about 5pm. I seen like six of them so I don't know why the rooms are clean.

Review 65：The first room was not clean and the sheets had blood on it. I had to ask to have the room changed and they gave me new room that was better than the first, but still had big spots on the floor!!

Review 77：Everyone was friendly at the desk and those who clean the rooms, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms did not get much noise from other rooms or outside. Also it's right near an easy access freeway ramp and the shades kept the room good and dark for sleeping in.

Review 100：Hotel overbooked capacity and upon arrival informed us that we would have room for one night, have to check out get a new room for the second night - lower quality at a higher price. Reservation had been made 5 months in advance. No advance notice of problem. Terse discussion that followed included a request to speak to a manager (denied) followed by a call to the assistant manager by the clerk. Solution - give us a room where the carpet had just been cleaned. Damp carpet in 90+ degree weather is unpleasant and probably unhealthy. Parking lot had lots of overnight activity with double and triple parked trucks and people wandering amongst parked vehicles. About that shower - did they know California is in the midst of the worst drought in decades ?
