Review 1：I have not any bad experiences here as of yet.

Review 2：So far the staff is very accommodating.. This property is well located toward shopping and park activities.. Cant really ask any more for the price.. They do their best to keep you secure thats for sure

Review 3：The room was filthy. There was stains on the sheets, hairs on the sheets and in the bathroom, and nats flying around. When I called to complain they offered to clean, but it was late and we just wanted to sleep. Our stay was supposed to be two nights and we left after the first to find a better hotel. The staff was very unfriendly upon check in. When we checked out we had to wait for a manager to cancel the second night and without even an apology. Will never stay there again.

Review 6：usually stay at Motel 6 since it's always clean and a great value for the price. We waited to the last minute to find a hotel for New Years Eve and found this place. First times thing and it will be the last. Friendly staff, varying clean rooms, the bathroom was so clean I was actually able to take a bath, and I don't take baths in hotel rooms. We were actually able to see the fireworks from our balcony. Great location.

Review 7：Our room was very far from the main lobby knowing that we had like 3 large + 3 small luggage + our backpacks from our trip from Qatar with short stops in NYC & DC. It was quiet heavy since we shopped already a bit in New York. When we came in the room & removed my shoes, there seems to be in the carpet that seems to be sticking on my feet. Carpet is not so clean or maybe needs to be changed I guess. On our last day, there was a black worm on the carpet. At some point in each building is dark at night.

Review 8：Close to Animal Kingdom, Premium Outlet Mall & church. My son enjoyed the pool. Restaurant sfaff are very friendly. There is a small shop & arcade near the main lobby.

Review 9：Noisy rooms, especially the airco. Sheets are very old, even can see traces. They sell discount theme park tickets, however at a price of attending 3-hour long commercial presentation, which tries to sell you resort properties.

One black lady working the gift store was rude and because she couldn't speak or understand English very well she rang us up wrong then told the manager I wanted my money back with an attitude. She acted like it was all my fault because she didn't charge us correctly. Everytime we had to return back to that store for the next 4 days she had an attitude with us

Review 16：How close to the highway we were. But even being so close I did love that we couldn't tell once we were in our room. And the shower had hair and dirt on it.

Review 18：There were German roaches in our room. Front desk was rude, sent someone to check it out. Maintenance came & picked up the roaches we were able to kill.Front desk told us no other rooms were available but maintenance guy said there were other rooms. Front desk wanted to send us to another hotel in a bad location. Manager finally got involved. She came told me it was impossible there were roaches. I had to show her the pitures I took of the roaches. Another room was miraculously "found" at same location, different tower. Try only offered one free breakfast.

Review 21：My wife forgot her beach shirt on the back of the bathroom door called an hour later and it was gone we were right around the corner when we called and obviously the cleaning staff never turned it in good by 40 dollers and the headache of listening to my wife . The bar messed up my food orde r tne wife had no dinner that night .they gave us a free breakfast .but she didnt eat that night . Good hotel but cleaning staff obviously keeps what they find and dont turn into lost and found i wont use a dishonest hotel like that again even know i had a blast there would recomend but that beach shirt was messed up an hour after check out when we knew it was there

The room was super clean, beds were very comfy. Bathrooms were spacious and sectioned off so one could take a shower while the other got ready infront of the vanity.

Review 39：I offered a credit card at check-in but she only took it forincidentals. We were required to check out at the busy front desk. Theroom doors needed the room card waved in front of them 'just so'in order to close the door when you were leaving the room. It felt moreinconvenient than secure. There were lots of yellow jackets in thebushes around the pool area. We got stung 4 times while swimming (whilein the water). Breakfast is only free for children.

Review 40：Maid service as helpful and kind. They worked very hard. The locationwas convenient for what we needed for this trip. Parking was plentiful.

The beds were comfy, we stayed there for a week and Josue keeping was efficient and there everyday to replace towls and fix beds. There is a heap of restaurants within a 5mins walk if you don't want to stay at the hotel. They also had a laundry room to do your laundry and it wasn't a bad system it costs around $5 for one load

The desk attendant indicated that "they" had looked at it and changed it to a single bed because they thought that many parents would sleep with their child. There was a two bed room available soon, but it was right by the main pool, an area I wanted to avoid. The first two nights were constantly interrupted by kids running and screaming and pounding on the door. We also had a prank call every night.

We had a sleeping five year old so we chose to stay, but no one brought us anymore towels to replace the ones we had placed on the floor.

Review 93：The was an issue when we arrived at the inn at about 11 PM, that they didn't locate our reservation made via Booking.com. They refused to assign us a room until we called a Booking representative to inform them about the reservation. Luckily, we had our reserved room, otherwise we had to sleep in the car.

Review 99：Only bad experience was with buying discount tickets at ticket desk and having to sit through a presentation to buy into timeshare at a resort which was suppose to take 2hrs and took nearly 4hrs. This was very pressured and then we were not dropped off at our destination till nearly lunchtime when should have got there when it opened. Would suggest to pay full price for tickets.

The manager didn't want to accommodate us for the inconvenience and the room they gave us was away from Ozzie area knowing I put a young child traveling with me and put us in an area that anyone could attack us. I didn't feel safe at all. I traveled alone with a child. I was in room 2118. Didn't give us information of the place and we had to figure where the ice machine was. No towels when we decided to go to the pool all dirty. I had to go to front desk. They took to long so walked all the way back to my room to get room towels. Disappointed Customer.

The people above me had a small child or children that kept running around in the room had to call the front desk every night I was there. Review 121：I had a very difficult time checking in. It delayed my trip to universal studios over an hour. At first the couldn't find my reservation and wouldn't listen to my suggestion to check again. Instead they called the booking.com customer support and sat on hold for 20 minutes while I repeatedly suggested that they refresh their system and check again. After they finally took my advise the lady kept emerging my card wrong and told me my card was declined. There was not enough to cell signal in the lobby so I had to step outside to call my bank. The lady was entering my details wrong. I went in and demanded the manager who finally got me checked in. Aweful experience for a young traveler.
