Review 1：Too many cameras that made us feel like we where not trusted in their facilities. Most of the main staff was very rude and insulating especially at breakfast time.
Review 2：Cleanness of rooms was very good. We found only one housekeeping staff that was friendly.
Review 3：They gave us a smoking room for disabled people. Not what we asked for. Woman who checked us in realized it, didn't care, gave us a forced, "Sorry". But she had a boyfriend to attend to so that's understandable. Next morning, vending machine didn't work. We told lady at desk and got, "Oh. Ok." And that was that.

Review 5：Terrible breakfast experience. Ran out of food by 7:30 and the attendant did not seem to care. Indifferent check-out clerk. Terrible bed.

Review 8：Appreciated getting a phone call the evening of check in asking if we still wanted the room. However, I had notified the hotel the week before that our check in time would be late evening and was told it would be noted.
Review 9：I was in a non-smoking room but the halls reeked of cigarette smoke because the smoking rooms were across the hallway. The elevator and stairs were on opposite ends of the building with no entrance midway, long walks to rooms. Had to carry suitcases up the stairs if you were toward the back of the building. Not much variety on breakfast menu.
Review 10：Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Location was good and I felt safe.
Review 11：The directions were confusing because of construction on the exits. Non-smoking rooms were across the hall from smoking rooms, hallways reeked of smoke. Elevators only in front. Stairs only in rear. Long walks to rooms with luggage because of where elevators are located.

Review 13：Not enough pillows for fold out bed. Not all the lamps work so it was dark. Staff was using a curling hair at the front desk. The construction was difficult to get around at night.

Review 15：I did not like receiving a phone call from the front desk clerk around 8pm asking if my wife and I were still coming due to us not planning on checking in until 1030-11PM, and leaving a voicemail to call back ASAP due to him possibly having to sell our room. Very unprofessional due to us already reserving a room and paying with a credit card.
Review 16：The refrigerator had not been cleaned out from previous guest. My friendwas not sure her linens had been changed, they looked messy. But theembarrassing moment is when we used the toilet the last morning and itwouldn't flush---and it was filled with feces!

I took the rewards card and myprinted reservation black inside. I showed her the address on thereservation and asked her if that was her address. She said yes. Thenshe picked up a sheet of paper and said, "Well, here it is. It justcame in." She was really nice after that. I'm still a littleconfused. Maybe she doesn't like men.
Review 39：Room was nice and relatively clean. As we were checking out the nextmorning a man knocked on the door. He needed to come in and checkeverything in the room. In other words he needed to inspect it. Wedidn't mind at all. We were loading the car. He apologized saying hethought we had already left. It's nice to know they are so good atinspecting the property.
Review 40：Wished for a soap dish in the shower. No place to put soap while showering. Wished for a room with only one bed. one Queen or one King Handicapped would have been nice. Felt I had more room than I needed.
