Reviews for Hotel SAD, turisticka ubytovna

Review 1:They give to me and my boyfriend (with two dogs) a room with 4 bed, but we booking a room with two bed. The day after they want other money for the two beds.

Review 2:The personal doesn't speak english, other customers spoke really loud at 6 am, people smoking in the stairs (it's not allowed)

Review 3:We were looking a hotel outside because we had to leave early, so it was well ubicated. It was good and cheap.

Review 4:Stuff don't understand english, ukrainian, russian. Floor is awfully dirty.

Review 5:Everything is fine with the mattress and that's all good about this hotel.

Review 6:our room located at 3rd floor and the have no lift, a bit far from the city and no public transport near by. the room and kitchen are smelly, and the kitchen is not open for everyone, we have to go downstairs to ask for the key of the kitchen, then go down again to return the key. no wifi at the end of the rooms.

Review 7:staff(the very tall woman) is really really nice, she help us to find everything we need and information.

Review 8:The staff made me wait 1/2 hour before attending to me...god knows what they were doing. Then to check me in..they were looking at my VISA - and they took another 20 minutes to figure that out..#whocares The water taps in the bathroom weren't working properly... Not even soap was included. Truly, 'hotel sad'

Review 9:This place is shown as a Hotel. But it's not a hotel! It's a place where workers with families are living. Walls between rooms are made from pressed paper and you can hear every breath and word from the next room! There is no TV, no breakfast. And smoking people are all around (((.

Review 10:Tidy room

Review 11:Not easy to find, long and difficult check-in and check-out procedure, no shampoo or soap, very poor wi-fi, socket in the wall are near your head when you sleep. Some rooms are not clean and in bad condition.

Review 12:Authentic atmosfere of 80's, low price.

Review 13:the smell of mould in the room all my clothes were smelly and in the room was very cold also the shared room with tv should be NONSMOKER

Review 14:I like the area also the hotel is affordable for everybody

Review 15:It is a quiet place, Just for night, it is not a hotel in the meaning of the word. but I like it very much, it gives all, what I was looking for. staff is friendly. I will definitely get back there.

Review 16:There was no shower curtain, or rail fitted for one, so I managed to engineer the shower to point at me horizontally as I stood in the corner. Kept it on a soft flow but the floor was still rather wet afterwards. Also, there are ceiling tiles and fluorescent office type reflector lights installed in the ceiling, which gives it the feel of a conference room with beds. Didn't bother me at all though.

Review 17:I took the room upgrade from a small single to one with ensuite bathroom. Got a massive room with a table and couch, and even a kitchen sink! This was super handy for preparing food and hot coffees with my own equipment. Bed was single but was lovely and clean and adequate. Had a dream about a nice girl.

Review 18:- one receptionist was really arrogant, threatening and rude - policies of the hotel are not made clear, especially for foreigners considering that policies were not in other languages which is quite important - we did not like the fact that we were not allowed to keep our key with us - we also think that this hotel should not be called touristic because it was clearly mostly hotel for workers and not tourists, as was clearly made by that arrogant receptionist - they should check their rooms and repair them before offering these kind of rooms to guests

Review 19:- products were quite cheap at the reception - apart from one receptionist, other staff was polite

Review 20:It is not easy to find by car because the location at the outside of the city. It is an old remnant of the communist era so its look is old-fashioned and creepy to some degree.

Review 21:It is clean, the staff is diligent and helpful and it has resting areas to share with other guests as well as a kitchen accessible to everybody.

Review 22:No English Toilet door not lockable (R102) No soap By foot too far away from center

Review 23:Very clean rooms Friendly staff (no English!) Cheap beer at the reception

Review 24:Bad number

Review 25:Very old and dirty hotel...

Review 26:Free parking place

Review 27:Wi-Fi is unsecured and I got regularly disconnected every couple of minutes, room facilities are pretty basic, no fridge

Review 33:kind staff free wifi cheap parking clean, big enough room

Review 34:Unfriendly personnel with no knowledge of English or German Cold showers

Review 35:Clean beds and bathroom

Review 36:carpet very hold, broken chair in the room. nail to close the cardboard. bathroom without lock. no shelf to put your necessaire in the bathroom

Review 37:The hotel overall structure and arrangement.

Review 38:Checking in is worse than going though immigration at the airport. But this is probably because it is a state owned hotel and they don't get too many foreigners. Also the walls were super thin, so we woke up to some cursing truckers. The bathroom was interesting...

Review 39:It was cheap and the beds weren't uncomfortable

Review 40:receptionist does not speak languages

Review 41:cleanliness location

Review 42:Nothing
