Review 1：Loudness every night, got eaten alive by shine type of bug , could tell the room had been bombed when I first got there. .obviously didn't work. Small cockroaches everywhere. Horrible stay! Not worth the value typo be itching by these disgusting bug bites for the next week!!!!

Review 3：the loudness the whole stay and the fact that our door looked as if someone had kicked it off the henges..... also the bed had the worst effect on my back.. don't like the fact that I stay for 4 days and can't get more than 2 towels, instead I have to go out in the cold to put my towels in the dryer downstairs. which defeats the whole purpose of comfort....

Review 9：We reserved two rooms. They were not together. This was disappointingbecause we had to split up. The tiles were missing in the bathroom.Several times we went out and people were sitting on the steps smokingpot. We really didn't feel safe there.

Review 11：I ssj ed d for a smoke free room aND the room smelled like someone had smoked for hours in the room and it had no pillows. The chair had spots on it the floor by the door had trash on it. I think that is enough.

The TV picture tube stopped working and the previous guests wake up call kept ringing the room which woke up up earlier than we needed. I will not stay here again, not will o recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Review 15：It was very run down. The I overhead light was three light bulbs with no cover, two different types of linoleum tile, a dirty wash cloth in bathroom. Extremely thin bedspreads and no blanket. I did not feel as if the place was clean at all. Will never stay there again

Review 16：We ended up not staying here. We paid for 2 rooms and when we arrived there was loud music and we could smell marjuanna coming from other rooms. We have small children and we didn't get there until 930 pm. Awful experience and would never go back!

Review 17：Everything else. We got to our first room, the door pushed open and lock would not latch. The dead bolt was broken. We immediately went back to the office and asked for a different room. The second room was dirty, when I turned on the lights in the bathroom, bugs scattered. We returned out key and told them we would not be staying. The staff said they would refund our money, I don't expect it to be done. If this is how Sun Suites keeps their properties, I won't be staying in this chain again.

Got another room and wasn't satisfied so I cancelled but had to pay & stay the first night since I had checked in. Got up to use the bathroom around 4am and the lights had been turned off and never came back on.

Review 25：The fact I couldn't get pots/pans bc they were all out. I was told it was a 1st come 1st serve basis with is crazy lol but it wasn't anyth major for me. The headboard had been torn off the wall but I didn't tell the receptionist until I checked out and she told me had I mentioned it before they would have gave me another room. But again it was a biggie so I didn't mind.

Review 26：I was skeptical at 1st bc of the reviews I read, but when I got there I was in awe. The room was clean & the beds were very comfortable. I will recommend Sun Suites to anyone. The price is very affordable as well. The location is great, you are literally next to several dining places, there's a kids play place & bowling alley within minutes. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!

Review 27：When I arrived to check in the young lady was on the phone and did not stop her PERSONAL conversation on her CELL PHONE other than to ask my name!!!! I had reserved a smoking room, but they had me in a non-smoking room....there were not cooing utensils, ice bucket, ash trays, wash cloths or remote to the television. There was also a BIG BAG of trash outside of the room like it had JUST been cleaned, but was not ready for a guest. I called the front desk about the trash, ashtrays, and cooking utensils. I was told to come get the utensils and she didnt care about the trash and they didnt have ashtrays!!!! IT was later I saw there were no wash cloths....I will NEVER stay here again!!!!!

Review 28：the remote control for my TV was an issue the first night but the staff took care of it that evening otherwise it was a pretty smooth trip I would stay there again

Review 29：the location is great source plenty of places to eat at close enough to the things going on in town that if you want to go out getting there and getting back is pretty simple and easy the staff is friendly enough the hotel is clean it has a kitchen for those who would use it

Review 30：Rooms were dirty rust on stove and microwave very low water pressure front door look like it had been kick in when closed and lock you could still see outside felt were unsafe. Tv picture fuzz and snow coffee pot and room dusty papertowel for coffee filter and who know how long that had been there and refrige hummed loudly all night.All in all the worst night ever

Review 48：The fact that I called to add a name on my account because I wont able to come check in and I was told that the name provided would be on it and they just pay the balanced received on itinerary. The arrival gets there and has to pay full price plus a deposit. Highly upset and I'm a pretty frequent visitor.

Review 49：The parts we did not appreciate were: a banana peel in the trash can, a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom, the smoke smell from a non-smoking room, the kitchen had waffles in the freezer, there were crumbs from food under the sheets, and when we returned from eating dinner, there was a major party on the third floor that had dancing, loud music and many people. This might be okay during the day, but it was 12:30 a.m.

Review 51：Bathroom suction fan did not work when at previous stays they worked. Had only 1 bar chair at the counter when at previous stays there were 2. No ironing board when at previous stays had one. Too much clearance underneath the entrance door, easy access for insects to enter. Small lounge chair was missing when at previous stays there was one. Curtain had a big hole and looked dingy and dirty. Need replacing. Was not offered the option to select a floor to room on. Was sent to the top floor. TV is outdated as some stations were dark. Markings on TV buttons were missing for identifying to try to adjust the contrast and color. Could not connect to Internet with the access code given. Not pleased with this room at all.
