Review 1：I made a reservation through booking.com, the staff never received my reservation. They refused to work with me when it came to booking another room. I will never stay there again.
Review 2：The Clerk advised the did not even have a room that we had requested two Queen or King Beds.
Review 3：Nothing, because got charged for a Room that we were told we had not reservation for. I would like a Receipt for charges. as I am contesting the charge for not reversation
Review 4：Tub was not cleaned. Would not even take a shower in it. Was looking forward to spa tub after long day of travel. Didn't happen. Breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had. No hot food. Toaster didn't work properly. Coffee was good, but no decaf. Had grocery store donuts that were days old.

Review 10：I booked a room that was suppose to be equiped with an iron, fridge, andironing board. I got neither at first. Had this random guy yell down toask what room we were in and that he worked there. Creeeepy. After goingto the room we get a knock at the door and asks if we need anything,yes, as a matter of fact, I need everything. He goes to grab an iron andno ironing board and then we had to go from room to room to help himsearch for a fridge to move to our room. Although he seemed to be quiteembarrassed by this and very apologetic I just felt that all of thisshould have been checked prior to our checking in. Also, the pillowswere as flat as paper, we ended up buying pillows for the 2nd night.
Review 11：I liked that it was across from a nice little plaza because I was ableto run across the street to grab a few things needed from big lots andalso enjoy "adult" time at the hooka bar. Nice people at check-in and check-out times. And we had no issues with the Wi-Fi which isalways a + as well.
Review 12：Lack of breakfast varies such as orange juice went sour and donuts were so dry. Wi-Fi shut down for one entire evening. Morning staff were unfriendly.

I saw him come out of the lobby as I was going in, and when I told him I was checking out, he just asked what room and walked off. The "continental breakfast" was 4 cereal choices, some rancid smelling milk, and a sad, old looking bagel and English muffin. The smell was pretty awful, so obviously I skipped that bit. It wasn't an awful experience, but I highly doubt I'll ever go back.

We don't like to be overly critical because what we consider important might not be for others. The reason we chose this motel was because of the very good review score, especially considering its lower rate; however, we feel that actually the rate should be more in the fifty dollar range.
