Review 1：The unit was a bit worn and could use some cosmetic updating. Bed had clean sheets, but I don't think the comforter had been cleaned between visitors.
Review 2：Great location and stunning view. The unit is really large with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen seemed well stocked. King bed was really comfortable. A family of 4 would be really comfortable.

Review 5：It is a little less convenient not having a host on site. We noticed the garbage disposal didn't work and there was a light out in one of the fixtures in the bathroom. We planned to tell the manager when we checked out on Sunday but found a drop box for the keys and no live person to connect with at check out.
Review 6：The location was fantastic! We could have parked the car and easily walked to everything we needed. A short drive down the coastline gave access to some wonderful hikes. The balcony was a perfect spot to watch a gorgeous sunset and later a full moon over the ocean!
Review 7：The pullout beds where not the most comfortable. I would imagine if little ones where sleeping on them it would be okay but they where rough on my teenagers.

Review 11：The master bedroom and master bath were smelling strongly of mildew and couldn't be used. We closed those 2 rooms off. If all rentals for miles were not taken we would not have accepted this condo. It should not be rented until the mildew is dead. Appliances need updating. Mold needs removed from toilet tanks. Review 25：The decor could use an upgrade. But, even then,it doesn't really matter. I also wish there was a way to unlock the back door from the outside facing the beach. A couple times we had to walk around or just leave it unlocked.

Review 27：The coffee pot looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Also, when we pulled the couch cushions out to make a bed, you could tell the couch hadn't been vacuumed out in years either. Also fabric on a patio chair was tearing; each time you sat down it ripped more. Could use a new chair outside. Can't bring pets but the place was not very pristine.
Review 28：Wonderful location to be right on the beach! The bathrooms were nicely cleaned and had good water pressure.
Review 29：The bedroom smelled strongly of mold, to the point that I felt quite sick from it. The bedroom bed swayed significantly. The bedroom DVD player didn't work. The couch bed was terribly uncomfortable. Two of the drapes in the living room were broken.
Review 30：The view was incredible, the apartment was really nice and we all had a really nice time. So close to the main street in town. An elevator to get our stuff to our room. Clear instructions.
Review 31：I expected the room to be cleaner. Lots of stains on the furniture. Had a musty mold smell, especially in the bedroom. Curtains in front window were broken.

Review 33：As soon as you enter, it smells like something that has been closed forweeks, if not months.The beds are one of the most uncomfortable I've EVER seen in a hotel, they were so bad that we cut our 2 night stay to one night and checked out earlier!! The whole thing looks like last renovated in 90s.... trying to charge a lot of money due to good location... do NOT get into the trap even if this is the only available option!

Review 41：As a reminder - this is a condo, not a hotel. So there is no room service, maid service, valet parking, bellhop, etc. this may be a downside for some. I actually enjoyed it. it gave me the feeling I was living in a beach front condo for a week - as I one day hope to - instead of just vacationing at one. the one critic I do have, is the condo do need a makeover. Everything functions well, and it is not run Dow by any means...but it is a little outdated.
Review 42：180 view of ocean with nothing to distrupt my view. In less than a minutes walk, I was standing on the beach! The 'Prom Walkway' was right outside the condo; very convienet to walk the beach front and get back and forth to downtown. One of the most important part of my stay is I felt safe. As a solo female traveler, I felt comfortable in all my surroundings - in and out of my condo. Of course I used caution by not walking the beach or town late at night. Instead I admired the beaches beauty from my personal balcony!
Review 43：It would have been nice to have some seasonings available. Wasn't going to buy salt etc for 5 days. Also the blender did not work and no grill. Laundry facilities were on site but there was no advanced notice that they were coin operated.
Review 44：The view from our balcony was amazing!!! Such easy access to the beach. The condo worked great for what we needed. I loved having access to a full kitchen.
Review 45：Was greeted by some xurrent or ex tweeker who works there, had more come later hanging out with him. I felt very uncomortable when he was talking to me and there is NO front office. He wasnt very helpful. You have to drive to town to get your key. Furniture was uncomfortable and some were breaking. Pillows had stains. Dishes weren't all clean.
Review 46：Had everything you need. We were able to cook breakfast and dinners. Laundry downstairs. Super close to promenade. Walking distance from the beach. Two bathrooms and roomy for 6 people.
Review 47：The only thing we didn't like was that the main bathroom smelled like smoke really bad. But, spraying some freshener and turning on the fan for a long time helped that!

Review 57：The master bathroom smelled and the fan sounded like it was going to explode. The kitchen cabinets had a door about to fall off under the sink. The sofa was uncomfortable and slanted forward. And the people above us (family of elephants?) made so much noise we couldn't relax and left a day early. It was also a bit dark. The owners of this unit could spend a few bucks and change out some lighting fixtures, counter tops, and the 80's bedroom furniture. But none of this was a detriment to our stay. The only part that I really had a problem with was the $60 cleaning fee.

Review 65：After driving 300 miles and several hours we had to go tongue store to purchase bathtub cleaner. we had to clean the shower/tub. There was hair everywhere and someone's used soap. With a $60.00 cleaning fee you'd think this would have been done. When they called to concern our reservation they told us to pick up the keys in the office when we arrive. They failed to tell us that the office was down the road a few miles, not at the condo. It took a while to get our keys.

Review 67：1. The person at the off-site rental office wasn't very professional or friendly. 2. When booking, the room I was originally shown online WAS NOT the room we got. 3.We never did get the DVD or VCR to work correctly after working with it for 2 HOURS! There are 4 remotes that are not labelled for which device and in what sequence to use them. Very frustrating.

The shag carpet of unit 204 looked a little dirty to me. All in all though, we liked it very much and would stay there again

Confused as to the number on the keys and actual number on door, further explanation would have been helpful at key pick up.

The condo was spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us. The view was lovely and location perfect. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommened.

Review 90：Dirty...the carpet behind the Murphy bed had a thick layer of dust on it, headboards and shelves were dusty, counters and around the sinks were scummy, and mirrors were dirty (the mirror in the master bed ensuite even had two handprints still on it). At $600 for two nights, we expected it to be cleaner. Though they did have the carpets cleaned right before we arrived.

Review 92：Very dusty everywhere. The carpet was very dusty and caused allergyproblems. The room was really hot and with no a/c we had to openwindows - which caused a lot of smoke from the beach to come into thecondo -- ultimately we closed windows to breath - but was too hot. Nofans or a/c made it uncomfortable. The bedroom which was right bythe stairs was subject to a lot of noise from people going up & down& being fairly loud after 11:00 pm. The bed was very hard anduncomfortable. This was not a good experience.

You could also hear the people walking across the floor above. However, everywhere right on the beach was expensive during the summer months.
