Review 1：The only complaint that I have is that the coffee and tea were put away to early. This however, did not influence any of the rating of the hotel.

Review 2：The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room that we stayed in was clean. The location was ideal as it is located away from all the hassle.

Review 16：Very clean and big rooms and a great kitchen allows you to reorganise stuff and collect your thoughts. No slot machines so it was an oasis of calm.

It's not really a hotel room, it's more like an apartment with a separate living room, bedroom, a full blown kitchen with all the appliances and dishes and there's also a step-in wardrobe. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I could never expect more from a hotel room for such a low price.

Review 18：Highland Estates was such a pleasant surprise! We began with a wonderful over the phone experience where an employee gave me turn by turn directions from the Hoover Dam. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. I would stay here again gladly!

Review 19：We really appreciate not having to hear the people on the common wall next door and people who live/visit the resort are just decent respectful people. No smoking and no barking dogs is a real plus. And there are no bad odors or strange middle of the night noises. We like seeing the same pleasant people on your staff when we visit. Review 26：The price was very high compared to two years ago. I stayed there in 2013 and only paid $50 a night for a queen suite. this trip it was $140 a night!! Also their is no breakfast offered at all. you would think for $140 the least you could get was a muffin!!!

The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us in a difficult situation.
