Review 1：We visited during peak time. Price was high but to be expected. Beds were uncomfortable could use updates.

Review 3：I was really disappointed with carpet. It was stained and worn. The room was clean other than that.

Review 8：Friendly staff the owners were polite and attentive. They were always around and making sure we had everything we needed. In this age of massive hotel chains it was nice to stay at a locally owned and operated place run by some genuinely nice locals.

Review 10：The room was clean. Bed was not the worst but not the best. When we first got there at12 noon no one was there office was locked. Sign in door back at noon. If I had known I could get another room I would have left. Someone should be there all day.

Review 13：This place was not only old, but dirty. The broken drawer sticking out and the insultion (?) Hanging from the drop ceiling should have been a giveaway. The sliding toilet seat, and the toilet not attached to the floor transgoing to the bathroom into a thrill ride. The dirt on the floor turned out to be hardened grime. This place is a dump and needs to be torn down. Don't stay here!

Review 25：The mattresses were very uncomfortable. It felt like two box springs were placed on top of each other. Springs would pinch us every time we moved. Not a good night's sleep. Also online it said they offer free breakfast, but they only have coffee, toast & jelly. A bit misleading.

Review 31：The mattresses Were almost non existent. First time in all my years of travel I am worried about bed bugs. Breakfast was coffee an Apple or yogurt or a piece of toast.

Review 33：Bed was hard. Staff was unknowledgeable. When asked about the freeshuttle service and they did not know what I was talking about.Room had a stale odor. Slight mold growth on the top of the shower curtain, and water stains on the bathroom ceiling. Carpet had a few stains. The door lock was flimsy, and utilized a key instead of the newer card readers.

Review 35：The beds were broke, carpets dirty, the room smelled, and the curtains were missing or off hooks and we could not close them completely. We left after the first night and lost the money for second night.

Review 43：Wasnt happy about the placement of room. Got put in a dark corner when the whole hotel was open and empty. Could have had a balcony room with a view. It was our Anniversary and really felt we were taken advantage of. There was better hotels for even less money in the area. There were no directories, travel planners or a refrigerator. They advertise that they had breakfast but had a toaster and bread. Was really not happy about my experience all together. Will not stay there again and will take my chances.

No new Coffee packets and creamers we kept for the next day. soiled sheets left as is for the next day. Light breakfast was kept in office on July 5, we were not told about this at checkin, found out by accident.
