Review 1：The coffee pot did not work properly and we were disappointed that we did not have the utensils that we needed to be able to fix a meal.

Review 2：The bed was so comfortable and we slept very well. Staff were very helpful and really took good care of us.

Review 3：no one came to clean the second day. Had to ask for more towels.

Review 4：The room arrangement and the television was able to rotate where everyone was so it could be seen.

Review 5：Room was nasty and there was trash behind the nightstands. I had to clean the bathroom and the kitchen. There were a lot of stains on the chairs so I did not sit on them. The carpet felt like it had not been vacuumed. I was very disappointed with my stay there and will never use that facility again.

Review 6：I think it was furniture market weekend and the price was $202. And I don't get why you have to raise your prices. I stayed before in the same room for $99 a night.

Review 13：The location was great...well lit, accessible to a good variety of restaurants, but the traffic was much more manageable than some of the "higher end hotels" on route 40. It was not fancy, but clean and definitely worth the price.

Review 14：The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The bed was uncomfortable. We only had two small pillows, both were flat. We asked the front desk attendant for extra pillows. She promised look and bring extras to the room. She did not. We went back to the front desk the next day. The same attendant asked a housekeeper about pillows and then said there were no extras. The hotel was not at full capacity. They should've gotten pillows out of an unoccupied room. The shower was so filthy showered in my flip flops. The low price does not justify the horrible customer service and uncleanliness.

There was a gray hair found on the towel!The smell was that of dew/mold lit an inscent the room still stank!There was no sleeper sofa as mentioned and on top of all of that after afun night with my friends we come to our room and both keys were notworking! Imagine 5 intoxicated females standing in front of their roomat 3am not being able to get in the room until 5am! We called the frontdesk no one was there to answer the phone or assist us. So how did weget in you ask? I used our room key to pick the lock! Right some bs!This hotel is not worth your time or money unless its your last resort!

Review 18：Had no light bulbs ask front desk for some and was quickly told no I reserved a queen suite online and when I arrived was told there were none so got stuck in a dble room with wet carpet cause they just shampooed it the water handle broke and nobody bothered to fix it noe move me to another room so wasn't very happy with my stay

Review 19：Housekeeping walked in on me one day without knocking while I was laying on the couch watching tv. I have stayed in several different rooms and seems like all the bath tubs squeak. Nothing to wash dishes with except a washcloth.

The people that were in the room above me made lots of noise and they didn't have the rooms that we requested on the first floor and because we had dogs they wouldn't let us have a first floor room so when we had to take them out we had to get them on an elevator that they've never been on and hope that they didn't potty on it before we got them outside. My husband and I are both disabled andhad a long walk that's why I requested a first floor. I will never stay with this place again nor will I recommended it to anyone else.

Review 83：There was sticky stuff all over the floor, Hair was still in the towels, Hair was on the toilet seat back. The carpet was dusty and dirty, the alarm clock looked as if it had not been wiped in months. The televison swivel did not work, just a HORRID experience!

Review 85：False advertising regarding the sleeping space available in the room. Advertised for my booking was to include a full sized couch (at the least) but it was supposed to be a pull out sleeper but it was a love seat sized couch which my 10 yr old son had to sleep in for the full 5 days of our stay. He was uncomfortable and the stay was much less than pleasant. The only staff member that was courteous and helpful was the night clerk that was there the first 2!nights if our stay. I will not go back there.

Review 86：The maintenance could have been better. The door handle to the bathroom was broke and the shower did not drain properly. My friend and I had to take quick showers due to the water overflow.
