Review 1：The service was very poor,The bed was very hard,ice machine was not working.Upon checking out the counter person was asleep.

Review 3：Office was empty when we arrived. Rang the bell twice and finally twochildren (probably 12 &15) who had been playing ball in the parkinglot came in to wait on me. I asked repeatedly if there was an adultpresent and go no answer. Because of the foul odor in the office and thepoor cleanlyness I asked to see the room. My wife looked into the roomand said it looked ok. We went to dinner and returned to the roomwhereupon I discovered it, too, had a foul order that upset both of ourallergies. Went back to the office, complained and asked for a refundsince we couldn't stay in the room. The younger of the two boyswanted to see the room so we walked back down to it. On entering headmited there was an odor and that all there rooms smelled this way.When we got back to the office an adult was there and refused to give arefund. This is not what we expected and have experienced in the past atAmerica's Best Value. We had our card company cancel the charge.
Review 4：Staff was a young boy, less than ten years of age. The young boy barely spoke English said "his manager was at dinner and he did not know how to process a card. He wanted to keep my credit card until the manager returned to process payment. I refused this process, I was granted a key to a non smoking room, by name only smoke might as well have rolled out of the door upon entry. I went to dinner after unloading my luggage and when I returned tried to pay. The manager had not yet returned and process of payment still not an option. For the record, I checked in at 8:30 om returned from dinner at 9:45pm. I was awakened by a never ending phone call to the room phone at 10:54. The phone call was from the "manager" I was told if I didn't come pay right now the police would be called to kick me out because I was stealing the service of the hotel.

Review 6：The location was rather sketchy. We went to the 7-11 across the street @ 11pm & the clerk asked us if we were from out of town & warned us not to be in that part of town. My husband wanted to leave then & not stay. I convinced him otherwise.Fruit Loops & chocolate chip cookies for breakfast, really? There was plenty of milk & juice but would have liked to seen some fresh fruit

Review 14：Do not stay here! There are "bodily fluid" stains on thecouches and chairs and bed linen. The toilet has a seal to try toreassure you that it's clean yet there are hairs all over it. Stainsin the carpet. One of our beds leaned so much that you needed a seatbelt to stay in it. Completely horrid. They charged us $90 a night for 1room. This place needs to be closed down!!!!!!
Review 15：The staff was distant and rude. The "Breakfast" was 2 kinds ofcerial I do not eat, and coffee which he got up to make when he unlockedthe door at about 9am. Then he drug out a 1/2 used gallong of milkand plopped it on the microwave and went back to his room.

Review 17：The carpet was filthy and the box spring on the bed was disgusting. Thecleaning staff took all our towels but did not leave any clean ones. Didnot rinse coffee pot or leave coffee for next morning. Desk clerk wasnot awake at 8 A.M. to remedy above problems.

Review 19：The hosts (especially the woman) were not friendly, it's basically apaper thin walled motel with dirty carpet and no room at al to open upyour suitcase. If you turn on the heat, the fire alarm goes offinstantly. We paid almost as much as we would have had in the La Quintaa bit further down the road, but we got nothing in return. The worstplace I've ever -ever- stayed at.

Review 21：I have stayed in more than 10 ABVI's and this is by far--head and shoulders--the worst inn I have ever stayed in. It was dirty. It was hot. It wasshabby. And yet it had a 4 star rating in the directory. Who hasrecently checked this place out? It is a dump with rude and insultingemployees. I will never stay there again.
