Review 1：The distance from the Villas to the main pool was a problem. Not much you can do about though.

Review 3：We lost an iphone in the hotel on our last day of vacation. We are sure we had left it in the hotel room, but when we returned to find it, the cleaning staff told us they had not found it during cleaning :-(

Review 9：The booking agency told me it was right next to Disney like a mile. Which was totally wrong. It was over 1/2 hour ride. I rented a two bedroom with a king and two beds. When we got there I was told we had a King in one room and a one bed in the other. With 7 people this wasn't going to work. The Resort Manager behind the desk was wonderful and she made it right for us. I was very impressed with the check in staff. They went out of their way to correct the situation at no further cost plus give a breakfast voucher. I would stay there again and I would highly recommend it. It's closer to Sea World.

Review 11：you had to rely on the shuttle to Disney and not enough times allowed throughout the day. very difficult/inconvenient with young children or an infant. When I googled for resorts on Disney, this place showed up and it's misleading. it's near there only.

Review 15：Very poor maintenance. I waited like 40 minutes infront of my 2 bedroom villa as the door coudnt be opened. The security came n tried to unlock the door for like 15 minutes. And he called the maintenance guy who came like 10 minutes later. He told us that he had to change the battery to make it work. Obviously they didnt check the place before their guest come. No tissue in the 2 bedroom villa when we arrive. Location is quite far from disneyland. Even though they have free shuttle, but its always late. Not punctual at all. I tried 2 times taking the shuttle but it was so frustrating, i mean the service. The bus came half hour late. We ended up taking a cab most of the days we spent in this hotel. During our 10 days , we used the shuttle service only twice.The cleaner named Adrianna was quite rude and sorry to say, lazy- she cleaned our unit half heartlessly i guess. She left the garbage bin right infront of my masterbedroom, and put some of the plates upside down in the dishwasher. The front desk didnt even want to consider that i want to hv a late check out on our last day. She gave me only till 12.30 . I m not going to stay in this hotel ever. They claimed that they re 2 miles from disneyland but, they re not!!! The surrounding outside my villa, making me feel like i m staying in a low cost apartment. I paid like usd5.8k for 10 days stay which was not worth the money.

Review 18：the 2 bed villa was a very good large size great for family and included washing machine & tumble. the 1 bed was fine size for family's and friends but a little cramped for 2 couples as the sofa bed completely filled lounge area. but bed room had 2 full double beds.

Review 19：I stock half an hour in the Elevator,nobody came to help or save me. I did ring the bell for 15 min. When my room mate finaly told them what is going on,the send some unfriendly house technical guys. The manager was unable to cope with this situation,all in all just silly coments. This hotel is a nightmare,does not deserve the staars or the high quote on booking.com. I can write more unpleasantness i had for 200$ a night. Why the call the place Royal is question it self.

Review 20：Don't waste your time with breakfast at the Tropicale. I would not have minded paying the buffet price if there were any variety to the breakfast items. A continental breakfast at the nearest Holiday Inn was better.

Review 24：The hotel,swiped my card 3 times taking a total of $946 from my account, it took 10 working days AFTER I settled my bill with the same card. for the funds to reappear. I was then contacted by Booking.com wanting to charge me a cancellation fee as according to the hotel, I didn't turn up for my stay!

The last shuttle in the morning offered to Disney Parks is at 11:00 a.m. therefore we needed to "pay" for a taxi since we left every day around 1:00 pm to go to the Disney Parks. Hurts the pocket book when that is part of the package for the room we paid. Although I know you can't accommodate everyone's perferred time, I would suggest that since Christmas is the largest crowds for Disney and Hotels and this would warrant having another shuttle around 1:00 pm. We left every day at 1:00 and we also stayed until the park closed and didn't make it back to the room until 2:00 a.m. Therefore, if we are not getting to sleep until 2:30'ish, and I saw many at the Caribe strolling in with toddlers this late, it would be fair to say, to have at least one shuttle for the folks who go late and stay to the end.

It was midnight when we checked in with three small children and luggage. The walk to the designated parking area was probably a 10 minute walk in dimly lit areas..... The staff seemed a bit put out when we asked for transportation to and from that area.

Review 53：The Internet service leaves much to be desired. While utilizing a mobile device out of tower three, the signal was poor and I found that I often would do better connecting to tower two. One does not want to be constantly checking if their connected, as I had to do.

Review 54：Very good hotel in all departments. Location is a key factor also.It is a short drive to all Disney attractions with shuttle buses available at no charge. Also close to local shopping and restaurants so anything you might have forgotten to bring can be found close by.

Clearly more focused on corporate clients and overseas tourists. Wont stay here again unless Corporate pays.

Review 73：The horrible customer service we experience. Both front desk agents were beyond rude. We got there at 4 am and we're given a different type of room we had reserve. When asked what happened both agents told us it was our fault and to be grateful we got a room at all. I understand we got there late but there was a nicer way of saying things. And the bathroom had poop in it and hadn't been flush. It was completely nasty.

Review 99：The airport transfer service is a disgrace, run by a seperate taxi company called Mears, absolute ripoff and deplorable customer service. Very bad experience of trying to make me pay for airport return even when I had a return ticket. They denied I had booked the return cab 24 hrs in advance despite having a confirmation number. When I finally had enough and left with another taxi because I might have missed my flight, I get a call saying the same cab was now happy to take me and waiting back in the hotel. Absolute disgrace of a company!!! Had I not been running late as a result of them, I would have gone straight to their book in desk at the airport to ask for a full refund

Just be careful with wat you use like the fiji water they had in the room, if you take it its a 3 dollar charge. And i believe they charged for makin out of state calls. But Overall the room was very clean...very relaxing. Great pool view. Pool side bar with a dj.Most definitely a great hotel to enjoy your vacation, whether for couples or a family vacation with the kiddos.I had no complaints. I felt so comfortable I hated to leave!!! I definitely will be booking again!!!

Review 108：Did not try the restaurants but the only bar open after 9pm was the main bar in the front building - a long walk from our room. After a long day of walking around Disney, one would like to have a cocktail before settling in for the night. Guest must cross the pool area, climb a long set of stairs and cross the lobby to get to a bar after 9pm. That's crazy!

Review 116：The timing of the shuttle back to the hotel did not work. Fireworks end at 10pm... Shuttle leaves at 10.15pm, which is too tight. Fortunately another one came at 11.15pm, but this was nowhere communicated.

We refused and reported this and we were very suprised of the reaction of the staff.

Review 122：Restaurants partnered within the resort are overpriced, mostly everything closed early. This location is not "GREAT" as everything requires a taxi with nothing in walking distance, Room was kind of small. This resort is ok, but there more locations with better surroundings.

Review 138：I only had a few issues with the rooms we had. We rented the one bedroom suites that can comfortably fit 6 people. Which is true but the first too we had looks like never had room service clear it out or possibly some guest went into the too after too ser if and made a mess. We told the reception desk and they moved us to a new room. The carpet also smelled as it was damp in these rooms.

Review 139：The entrance to this property makes you feel like you have made the best choice picking this hotel. Grand entrance with fountains and elevation just not all that common in this part of Florida. The huge Lobby can accommodate busses full of travelers and the staff at reception can attend to a line with 40 guest in less than 10 minutes. Staff is great.
