Review 1：1)The heater/cooler was making a major racket and 2) when we contacted the manager/owner twice and no returned call 3) no working phone so had to call from our cell phone a 3rd time and insist he come to the room to see for himself 4) owner was argumentative about the reporting of heater and offering any kind of compensation and only gave one after my insisting 5) towels are old and dirty/gray 6) Based on my overall experience I wonder if the sheets/blankets are even changed after each stay. We will never stay here again!

Review 2：The room looked ok in general appearance.

Review 3：It was requested that a NON smoking room be available. There was the smell of cigarette smoke. It was expected to have more than 1 towel per person in the room. NO ! The towels provided were so paper thin they quickly got wet and stayed that way. Are 2 bath towels per person too much to ask for?? The room's wall heater stopped working after 4-5 minutes.

Review 7：Was given a smoking room since Booking.com does not give you the option to choose, what kind of reservation company doesn't allow you to choose smoking or non? Will probably not use this service again. The hotel was OK, not 3 stars as Booking.com has listed, another knock against using their service again.

Review 12：The lady at the front desk upon our check in. I had called 3 hours prior to our arrival to see when we could check in. I stated that we would prefer a first floor room if possible but wanted a non smoking room. She got very short and curt and after stating that there was no where when booking the room to request this, she handed me to a gentlemen who said that they will have a room after 1:00 for me. When we arrived, this woman was at the desk and told me they had no non smoking rooms, that I did not request one and was rude in person. She started to charge my card and I told her to stop and that we were leaving. Only then did she make a call and found us a non smoking room.

Review 17：Way better than we had anticipated in this price range - the room we had was a recently renovated room - "hardwood" floors (much cleaner than carpet) and a super duper brand new really comfortable mattress! So new, in fact that the sheets didn't quite have the depth to tuck in! but so comfortable. Everyone at the hotel we met was very welcoming and friendly. Good location for visiting family.

Review 18：Upon arriving I was given the wrong room key and room. I actually entered someone else's room with all their personal belongings in it. Thank God no one was on there. Upon telling staff that they put me in the wrong room the guy working just laughed and said here try this key and this room. The room I stayed in had a hole in the ceiling along with water stains on the ceiling.the towels looked dirty and had stains on them. There was no ironing board available for me to use, when asking staff if I could use one they instructed me to just use the table. I didn't get a good nights rest because the facilities team started making repairs early in the morning and dragging Stuff on the floor which was making a lot of noise.

Review 21：It was dirty and old. I saw them hang the comforter and blanket outside over the balcony. The sheets and towels were incredibly thin and old. The bathroom was old and not sanitary. It's like quality of a motel by the hour for over $100.

The carpet was dirty, towels were dirty and too thin. It feels like you are using paper towel. The windows were too thin the noise from vehicles passing by wake me up several times. They need to put sound proof windows.

Review 26：This hotel was Clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere. Clean, soft towels.comfortable beds and excellent HD flat screen TV. And very quiet, considering it was located in a very busy area. Even the landscaping was immaculate I would definitely recommend this hotel & will stay here again when back in town.

Review 29：No accommodations for the disabled. I was given a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Room was not clean. Used package of shampoo left in the bundle of generic looking soap & shampoo/conditioner. Splatters on the door mirror in bathroom. Stains in hot tub, so I wouldn't use it. Had to pay for ice from a dirty machine. Entire experience was bad. Will not stay there again.

Review 42：I requested a non smoking room the day i booked a room and they said the room would be ready by 11am. I get there at 11am and they said there were no non smoking rooms available! I had no choice but to take a smoking room and it smelled so bad I had a headache my entire stay

Review 43：The room we were given wasn't made up when we arrived at 2:30. It was supposed to be ready at 11. The manager was yelling at her staff in a language I didn't understand. They were still in no great hurry to clean our room. If I hadn't prepaid I would have cancelled.

The room I ended up with regardless of which room I booked had no peep hole or latch to lock the door properly. The comfortors look nothing like the pictures online The amount of money spent on this room wasn't worth it at all, given I had a place to sleep it wasn't up to the standards it was portrayed to be

Review 47：Family run business, Mr Patel is very nice and helpful owner. He does his own renovation and keep the place very neat and tidy. This is the second time I stayed in his INN and this time I had a smaller room on the ground floor which has a better bathroom with window and much cleaner air conditioning where I could have it on during the sleep with no odour. This room is smaller but I had 4 pillows and I can sleep better but can be quite noisy from upstair occupants.

Review 48：Those pillows are harden and flat. Smelly air condition inside the room. Window only has a black out and no sheer curtain.

Review 49：Mr Patel is friendly and informative. He kept the place beat and tidy. I have no complaints at all , for the price I paid an average $80 a night , they have everything I need for the stopover from fridge to hair dryer and facial tissues etc. if I could add some suggestion maybe they could changed those flat and harden pillows, add some maps in the room and clean up the air conditioning (pretty smelly when it's ON) so we did not use it as it is quite breezy just to sleep with windows open otherwise can be noisy from next door -Subaru showroom. If you are heading here , I would suggest just bring your own washing detergent ($1.50)for your laundry($1.75)at laundromat beneath the building (cover carpark) otherwise head over to Walmart to get your necessities during your stay. It's a same they do not have safe otherwise I think it's a safe place to stay as the reception is 24/7 on watch.
